After another whirlwind season of The Traitors has come to a close, we can't stop reminiscing on the characters who graced our screens weekly for the cold and dreary month of January. How have Stephen and Rachel spent their winnings? Has Jade completed her PhD yet? And did Jack's proposal go as he planned? These are all questions that need to be answered.

Fear not! We've taken it upon ourselves to deep dive (read: stalk) all of the stars' Instagrams to see how they've been faring since the show wrapped. By and large, there's been a lot of travelling, a lot of family life, and some sweet life milestones.

Stephen

Role: Traitor
What's he doing now: Living in London, travelling

After leaving us all on the edge of our seats, wondering whether he was going to take home all the winnings, or share them with fellow traitor Rachel, it's no wonder Stephen took himself travelling for some much-needed R&R. Since filming, his Instagram has been full of images of his holidays, notably to Vietnam. Aside from this, he spends most of his time in London, where he currently lives.

Rachel

Role: Traitor
What's she doing now: Family life, fitness

Rachel brought main-character energy to the castle and proved herself as one of the best traitors the show has ever seen, constantly batting away accusations to reign supreme and take home half the jackpot with Stephen. Since filming wrapped, she's been concentrating on her family in Ireland and started working on her 2026 New Year's resolution of feeling physically strong - what a woman!

Jack

Role: Faithful
What he's doing now: Enjoying fiancée life

Jack was the final faithful in the game, and made it known on the show that if he were to win the money, he would put it towards his future with his girlfriend and hopefully get on the property ladder. Well, he's a man of his word, because although he didn't win the jackpot, he did win the girl, as she said yes to his proposal in Greece. We can't wait for the wedding!

Jade

Role: Faithful
What she's doing now: Studying, travelling

Jade had an emotional time in the castle as she was the brunt of many 'traitor' accusations, so it's no suprise that she's used some of her time since filming to travel the country. From the Lake District to the Brecon Beacons, she's making full use of her student schedule as she is still studying for her PhD in women's health and pregnancy at the University of Warwick.

James

Role: Faithful
What he's doing now: Making music

Whilst still a gardener, James has found time to create music since his stint on The Traitors. His new single is called Pastiche and is out now for all to listen to. New hyperfixation song unlocked!

Faraaz

Role: Faithful
What he's doing now: Discovering new restaurants, travelling

Like many of his co-stars, Faraaz has also taken some time to go travelling since filming ended, discovering what sights and food Lisbon has to offer. He also regularly posts to his food page @faznooreats, which should come as no suprise since clips of him grazing were constantly shown throughout the series.

Fiona

Role: Secret traitor
What she's doing now: Enjoying retirement

Fiona, the bombshell-turned-national-treasure, took to Instagram to share the news of her retirement. After a fruitful career at Swansea council, it seems Fiona is ready for greener pastures. As her time on the show proved her to be so popular with the general public, we're sure she'll have lots more exciting opportunities coming her way as her social media following grows.

Harriet

Role: Faithful
What she's doing now: Preparing for her book launch

Just because Harriet was one of the best faithfuls on the show doesn't mean she gets to quit her day job! Since filming, she's finished writing her newest novel, Witch Trial, which is set for release very soon in February! We can't wait to read it.

Amanda

Role: Faithful
What she's doing now: Fitness, travelling

Take one look at Amanda's Instagram, and it's clear she's been focusing on her physical health since the show revealed an underlying medical condition. She even took part in the Tough Mudder challenge in September. Not only this, but she, like many of the other contestants, has been travelling! Her trip to Japan is definitely one we want to be ticking off our bucket lists.

Jesse

Role: Faithful
What she's doing now: Hairdressing

Jesse was one of the nation's favourite contestants, with her bubbly personality, bright clothing, and infectious smile; it was hard not to warm to her. Since filming, she's gone back to her day job as a hairdresser - no wonder her red hair always looked so flawless! She's also been using her growing social media platform to raise awareness about life with a stammer.

Roxy

Role: Faithful
What she's doing now: Having a baby!

Whilst Roxy entered the castle with her adoptive mother Judy, she is now about to become a mother in her own right! Currently pregnant, she is expecting a child later this year - good luck, Roxy!
