We're nearly halfway through the fourth series of The Traitors and it's safe to say Fiona has fully entered her main character era, after seemingly throwing Rachel under the bus during last night's episode where she outed her as a Traitor to the whole group.

During the show she's always played quite a big role, but in the most recent episodes after the reveal that she is in fact the Secret Traitor, we've become even more obsessed with her.

And if you're just as intrigued as us about Fiona and want to learn more about her, this is everything you need to know about her.

What is Fiona's age?

Fiona is 62 years old.

Where is Fiona from?

Fiona hails from Wales and lives in Swansea.

What is Fiona's job?

Fiona is a local government officer and said prior to going on the show she was hoping her job would be able to help her in the game, as her usual day to day, "involves getting people to trust in me so that they can move forward with their lives. What is Fiona's role in The Traitors?

During episode one Fiona was selected by host Claudia Winkleman as this series' Secret Traitor. This meant both the audience and the other Traitors had only knowledge of her existence but not her identity. As the Secret Traitor Fiona was pulling the strings and gave her fellow Traitors a shortlist for murder each night.

In episode four, however, her identity was revealed to the audience and the Traitors after Hugo was banished from the castle. Now moving forward she is part of the regular group of Traitors.

Why did Fiona apply for The Traitors?

Fiona revealed she had never applied for another show before and doesn't realy watch reality TV, but really enjoys The Traitors as she likes the game element of the show.

"I think because it's a game which requires a lot of tact and a lot of psychological manoeuvres, it just appealed to me," she explained.

How would Fiona spend the money if she won?

If Fiona somehow manages to get out of this tricky situation she's made for herself and make it all the way to the final she wants to use the prize money for her pension. She also wants to use the money to help support those looking after loved ones with dementia.

What is Fiona's game plan?

Right now it seems totally unclear what Fiona's game plan is on the show, after she threw Rachel under the bus and nearly outed her as a Traitor to the rest of the group.

However, prior to going on the show, Fiona said her game plan was: "I just want to get to know people, warts and all. I'm not afraid to confront or challenge people, but not in a bullying or harassing way. I wouldn't dream of doing that to anybody. I would definitely be somebody that wouldn't be afraid to speak their mind. However, if I am a Faithful I'd be very wary to be as formidable and confrontational. I'd keep it in a bit."

Well we certainly know now Fiona kept to her word and definitely isn't afraid of confrontation.

Fiona also emphasised how much of a team player she is, adding: "I think I'll bring a little bit of humour and a lot of integrity, whether or not that integrity is towards the Traitors or towards the Faithfuls remains to be seen. I'm a great team player."

Does Fiona have Instagram?

She does! Fiona appears to have joined Instagram just before the end of 2025 in preparation for her role on The Traitors. Her Instagram handle is @fionahughes2026.

Love!
