The Night Manager first debuted all the way back in 2016, so we were well and truly shocked (in a good way) when it was announced that we would be finally getting a second season in 2026.
Returning on New Year's Day, the show saw Tom Hiddleston reprise his role as Jonathan Pine. While he was hoping for a quieter life, Pine gets sucked back into the world of high stakes action and espionage on the international stage.
Based on the characters created by John le Carré, the show's second season did not disappoint and sees Hiddleston reappear alongside a stellar cast.
Alongside Hiddleston’s return, Olivia Colman reprises her role as formidable MI6 chief Angela Burr, with Alistair Petrie back as Sandy Langbourne. But there's also some new faces joining. Oh, and there's a big, bad villain that's back in a seeeeeerious way...
Here's everything you need to know.
