*Stranger Things spoilers alert*
If, like us, you binged the first four episodes of Stranger Things season five back in November, then cancelled all your Christmas plans to watch the following three, you're likely twiddling your thumbs waiting for the finale. (Side note: we're getting very emotional about our final trip to Hawkins next week.)
In the early eps, we saw Eleven, Mike, Will, Lucas, Dustin and the rest of the gang back up to their old tricks — trying to take Vecna down for good. Season five, volume one, also left viewers (and Will) completely gobsmacked when he realised he could tap into Vecna's powers and fight off demogorgons. You know, no big deal.
Then, in the newest batch of eps, the gang tries to connect Will back to the hivemind, while Max and Holly continue their quest to break out of the Upside Down. The last episode ends on the anniversary of Will's disappearance, and sets viewers up for the ultimate finale.
So, as we continue to unpack the creative chaos that is Stranger Things, let's find out what we can expect for the last. ever. episode. (We're not crying, you are.)
