Married at First Sight UK's April and Ashley have finally addressed the rumours they are dating following their marriage splits on the show.
The pair, who were both married to different people on the show - April to Leo, and Ashley to Grace - were the subject of much speculation, with many fans believing the pair were dating after a number of Instagram posts, including one where April shared an image of a bar in Wales, where Ashley is from.
However, following the end of the show, the pair have now finally addressed whether there is something romantic between them and denied that they are dating.
Yesterday evening on her Instagram Stories, April answered a number of Q+As from fans of the show and one included: "Are you and Ashley getting together?"
To which April then replied: "And to answer a lot of you... Me and Ashley are just good friends."
She also shared a number of pictures of the pair together, which Ashley then reposted. April and Ashley's marriages both ended while taking part on Married at First Sight UK.
April entered the show as an intruder along with her husband Leo, and while the pair got on very well during their wedding day and they were very intimate during their honeymoon in Finland. However, things then went down hill during the rest of the experiment when April expressed she felt she wasn't able to get deeper with Leo and that the majority of the chats were led by her. And as the experiment progressed things went from bad to worse and they ended up splitting during the final experiment.
And Ashley was married to Grace, and the pair had quite the tumultuous relationship. From their wedding day Grace wasn't sure on husband Ashley, confessing he wasn't her type and struggled with the lack of spark. Grace also struggled with the intimate side of the relationship, revealing she doesn't always feel comfortable with physical touch.
The pair returned from their honeymoon and seemed to be getting on better, however, as the experiment progressed a number of stumbling blocks came their way and they just couldn't get on the same page when it came to their values and outlooks on the world and relationships.
They ultimately ended up choosing not to continue their relationship and split up during filming.
