Last night saw the world premiere of Netflix's Stranger Things season five take place in Los Angeles, with the full cast in attendance to celebrate the final season of the legendary Netflix series, including lead stars Millie Bobby Brown, 21, and David Harbour, 50, who had a lot of nice things to say about each other.
Earlier this week it had been reported by the Mail Online Millie had allegedly previously filed a "harassment and bullying" complaint against David. It was alleged that following the complaint, Millie was accompanied by a personal representative on set during the filming of the final Stranger Things season, which wrapped in December 2024.
At the time neither David or Millie, nor Netflix commented on the allegations. However, Millie and David appeared to shut down any rumours during last night's premiere where they were seen smiling and laughing together, before posing together for a number of red carpet photos.
And that wasn't all. During the premiere the pair both spoke to a number of reporters about their relationship with each other, both praising the other.
Here's everything they had to say.
4 things David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown said about each other at Stranger Things premiere
Millie said the pair have a father daughter relationship
Millie was interviewed by ET about her reunion with David on the carpet, and was asked how special the pair's connection was to which she replied: "I have a really special bond with David. We have a father daughter relationship and we do every scene together, and you'll really get to see that in season five."
Millie said it's been 'special' working with David
Millie also went onto add how special it is to work with David, and the rest of the cast including Winona Ryder.
"It's been so special to have him along the journey for me," she added. "Winona [Ryder], the kids, I'm really honoured have played Eleven and to have met such amazing people along the way."
David said he thought it wouldn't be the last time they worked together
David also spoke to ET during the premiere, and he spoke about his relationship with Millie and the rest of the cast, saying of Millie: "I adore her, and I’ve been proud to watch all them grow up and become great artists. I doubt it will be the last time we’ll see each other in this world or work together."
Millie said they were connected for life
Millie later spoke to Access Hollywood, where she was asked about her reunion hug with David and what he meant to her, to which she replied: "He's like my dad, I'm so connected to him for life, we're so lucky."
