The moment we've all been waiting for on Married At First Sight UK has finally arrived.
On Monday 29th September, the first dinner part of this year's show will take place - and it's already looking juicy.
In a teaser for the episode, Anita can be seen arriving alone, while Julia-Ruth breaks down in tears, saying she's looking for someone "genuine", Dean raps (again) and Sarah shares a little too much about their relationship with another bride....
The show has built a reputation for dinner parties that bring the drama - from wine throwing to partner-swapping scandals.
So, in honour of the carnage ahead, here’s our definitive ranking of the most explosive MAFS UK dinner parties to date.
9. Matt and Whitney's return
Matt and Whitney made a surprise return to the experiment back in 2022 after being married to other people on the show - Matt to Gemma and Whitney to Duka.
Some of the other couples felt they had "disrespected" the process, and things got even more awkward as they revealed they'd slept together.
When asked by Chanita if they were part of the "intimacy club", Matt proudly declared: "I came into this as a celibate person by choice and I ain't no longer celibate."
It was a moment that left jaws on the floor, making this dinner party a strong addition to our list.
8. Porscha and Georges arguing in French
You can always expect a little argument at a MAFS dinner party and in 2023, we got one in French. After Porscha told Peggy to keep her name out of her mouth and joked about her and Georges' level of intimacy, Georges ran to his wife's defense firing back at Porscha in their native tongue.
Like the other contestants, we couldn’t help but chuckle at how unexpectedly hilarious (and dramatic) it all became.
7. Alex's wife swap comments coming to light
Last year, things got heated when Sacha brought up Alex's comments on the stag do. Before he met his wife Holly, Alex told the other grooms that if he wasn't feeling it he would "wife swap".
This shocked the other grooms as the experiment hadn't yet started. Ross shared this with his bride and she brought it up at the dinner party, causing Holly to call her husband out on his comments.
"I said, 'If I don't like my wife, I'm not gonna pursue something with somebody I don't like,'" Alex explained.
Holly insisted that his attitude was "setting a bad vibe" and Alex hit back: "You're coming at me sideways."
He added: "If you're only going to keep talking over me, the conversation is done."
Holly then stormed out in tears, leaving the others in shock. She ended up spending the night away from Alex.
6. Spoongate
Another Porscha moment saw the bride going off on her husband Terrence after he called her "childish" on their honeymoon for refusing to use his spoon.
All hell broke loose between the couple when he arrived at the dinner party and didn't say hi to her, leading Porscha to break down in tears. Seeing that she was upset, Terrence then went over to speak to her, but she was having none of it.
"Come over to me to tell me it's all my fault, that I deserve to be told that I'm childish, that I deserve to be told that I'm fake, that I deserve to be told that I'm dramatic when I'm trying to resolve a conflict with my husband," she ranted to the other couples. "This is actually ridiculous, why are you coming over just to tell me again how it's all my fault?"
I think what makes this moment so iconic is the fact it all started over a spoon - a spoon!
5. Morag's DMs
Things took a dramatic turn during a 2021 dinner party when Morag - then paired with Luke - dropped a bombshell, claiming that fellow groom Josh had previously slid into her DMs.
The unexpected revelation sent shockwaves through both couples and left viewers completely stunned. Josh denied the claim, and Morag later apologised, but in the moment it was all incredibly tense and confusing.
4. Lacey walking off TWICE
At the second reunion dinner party, Lacey ended up storming off not once, but twice after things got tense with her ex Nathan.
It comes after Nathan accused her of wanting to "fake" their relationship to earn "more money" - a claim she firmly denied. Instead, she said their split was down to Nathan's behaviour shifting after the show wrapped. She then read out a heartfelt letter reflecting on the good moments they shared and how much she'd supported him. But when Nathan attempted to share his perspective, Lacey grew emotional and walked out
At the dinner table, Nathan brought up that he wasn't given a chance to speak, with co-star Kieran backing him up.
Lacey hit back: "I asked to pay for your petrol, I took you out to a spa. I've said enough, the chapters closed, I wish you the best. I'm ready to move on with my life."
In support of his friend, Kieran then revealed: "You texted him a couple of days ago, asking him to do a magazine deal just to make you look better."
At this point, Lacey got up from the table and told the others: "On that note, I'm actually going to go tonight. I'm proud of myself, I fell in love with you Nathan, I wish you all the best. I have to go and put myself first. The chapter has ended, I'm leaving."
It's the double exit for us!
3. Ella vs Nathanial
This almost made it to the top spot because it was just so many arguments in one.
It first started with Nathanial asking JJ what was going on between him and Ella, who Nat was married to on the show. JJ, who was sitting next to his wife Bianca, then replied: "Man to man, there's a connection with Ella and I don't know what's going to happen - simple as that. I would have liked to have this conversation with you one-on-one, but this situation doesn't allow that."
Nathanial insisted that there were many occasions when they could have spoken. At which point, Ella told Nathanial to "shut the f**k up!" It all went left from there, with Nathanial calling her a liar and Ella accusing him of "playing victim".
"I'm ashamed that I was anywhere near you," Nathanial said before tossing his ring and walking out.
But the dramatics didn't end there as JJ and Ella returned to update the others, leading to another argument between Ella and Bianca, who accused Ella of "going after other people's men" - yikes!
2. Polly throwing drink in Adam's face
Things got heated during the reunion dinner party last year, as Adam brought up details about his and his ex-wife Polly's sex life in front of everyone. As they argued at the table, Adam declared: "we had sex three times in 10 weeks". Furious that he'd shared personal information, Polly lost it and hurled her glass of red wine at him, staining his beige suit.
"F**k you," she said before storming off.
When wine is flying and insults are shouted mid-dinner, you know it’s earned its place in MAFS UK history.
1. Nikita storming off
Coming in in first place is Nikita's dramatic showdown back in 2021. This was the first dinner party of the series and it wasn't short of drama.
First she clashed with her own husband Ant before unleashing on Alexis’s husband, Jordon, over his behaviour during the honeymoon.
As she questioned Jordon about his honeymoon, she became heated, saying: "I absolutely hate him. I'll get him. He's doing my f***ing head in."
Jordon then told her to "speak English" and this fired her up even more as she shouted across the table for him not to talk to her like that. The others tried to calm her down and Alexis said that their relationship didn't need to be the topic of conversation - at which point Nikita stormed out.
Ant then told the table: "Do you see what I'm dealing with" and Nikita returned, shouting at him: "Don't sit and f***ing slag us off when I'm not there."
She was reportedly asked to leave, with Channel 4 explaining in a statement that she "displayed a level of aggression that was unacceptable and breached our agreed code of conduct on behaviour."
Following her exit, Nikita defended her behaviour saying: "Nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors, this dinner party took around 12 hours to film, it was a hectic day, nobody got to see the real deal. I’ll always have my girls backs even if it’s not reciprocated unfortunately. A lot of us created close bonds off camera. See the bigger picture people."
Married At First Sight UK airs on E4 at 9pm Sunday to Thursday.
