A brand new series of Married at First Sight UK is landing on our screens this evening and we're seriously hyped.
The 2025 series, which will be the 10th of the revived UK show, begins on 21 September (tonight!), introducing us to a new batch of singletons who'll get married when they meet for the first time at the altar.
Not only do they tie the knot, they then have to test out their relationship in ~real life settings~. Not only will the couples move in with one another, they will then test their relationship by meeting one another's families.
Now that the new series is dropping on our screens, we're thinking about last year's show and where those brides and grooms are now. The series was filmed in the summer of 2024, so a loooot of time has passed since.
So, over a year on from MAFS UK 2024, here's where some of the cast are now - from proposals, to new relationships and moving abroad.
Adam
Barber Adam, from Nottingham was married to careers advisor Polly, on the show. However, things didn't work out between them. On their wedding day, he admitted that she wasn't his usual type, yet they agreed to give things a go. Adam struggled with the intimate side of the relationship, however, and at one dinner party mocked Polly for demanding they get physical, leading her to throw a glass of wine in his face. They called it quits at the final vows.
During partner swap week, Adam got close to Amy. They sparked rumours that they were dating after show, as they went on a cruise together at the beginning of 2025. However, Amy revealed in March that they weren't going to be spending time together anymore, telling her Instagram followers: "Can't spend time together anymore... Ads is low key fuming being my friend is resulting in c*** blocking himself."
The pair are still good friends, and she regularly comments on his posts. Adam is also really good friends with a lot of the cast, including Orson, Holly and Nathan. Since appearing on the show, Adam revealed his weight loss and has done a lot of travelling.
In addition to all of this, he even launched a business with Orson called Jetsetters Collaborative. Busy!
Polly
A year on from the show, Polly now lives in Sydney, Australia and has been updating fans on her weight loss and fitness journey, regularly sharing workout videos and pictures. In July, she revealed she'd lost a stone in total since April 2024.
In Feb, there were reports she was dating someone new, but she's yet to confirm if she's in a relationship.
Kieran
Mobile mechanic Kieran was married to dog walker Kristina on the show. Their relationship broke down ahead of the final vows, as Kieran struggled to give the support she need while battling PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). At the reunion, Kieran revealed that he'd been seeing someone else after the show.
He's now in a relationship with a lady named Nicole and seems super loved up. On 1 September, he launched an online shop for kid's accessories called iKid.
Kristina
Kristina has been living her absolute best life since appearing on the show. From her Instagram, she seems to be having a whale of a time, attending red carpet events and hanging out with some of her MAFS friends, including Emma and previous brides Tasha and Shona. In January, she revealed that she was dating again. We love this for her.
Caspar
Gardener Caspar from New Forest, was married to sales manager Emma Barnes, on the show. They seemed like the perfect match, however, Caspar admitted that his type is "petite" women. Despite forming a friendship, they never got past these comments and decided to leave the experiment ahead of the final vows.
Fast forward to 2025, and Caspar is now engaged. In April, he announced his engagement, sharing a video from the proposal.
"I've known for a long time that you are my person," he wrote alongside the clip.
"Thank you for being you, finding me, and saying yes eventually. Can't believe I've got a fiancee!!!!"
Emma
Emma has become quite the influencer since appearing on MAFS UK. She uses her Instagram page to share fashion and styling advice for plus size women, and regularly attends brand events.
Charlie
Lettings operations coordinator Charlie, was married to personal trainer Eve during the 2024 season. Their relationship broke down from very early due to their different communication styles. Eve didn't attend the reunion, and revealed that she was in a new relationship with a woman named Brooke shortly after the show.
Over a year since the series, Charlie is getting on with her life. She's still in contact with some of the cast, including Hannah and Lacey, and often attends showbiz events.
Eve doesn't appear to have a public Instagram.
Nathan
Engineer Nathan seemed to have found his dream woman in office manager Lacey. They decided to stay together at the final vows, however, split after the show, with Nathan claiming Lacey wanted a "showmance" and Lacey accusing him of not being supportive.
Nathan is now dating Love Island star Abi Moores, and they seem very loved up, regularly attending events together and posting cute videos on Insta.
Lacey
Since the show, Lacey has been doing some travelling as well at attending events. She sparked rumours that she might be dating Love Island's Marcel Somerville, as they posed for photos together over her birthday weekend back in April. But, it looks like they're just friends and Marcel was performing his new song at the event.
Ross
Painter and decorator Ross and aesthetics practitioner Sacha seemed like the perfect match. However, fans were shocked to learn that they were no longer together as Ross started dating a woman named Magdalena while the series was still airing.
It looks like Ross is now single, however. He's deleted all traces of Magdalena from his Instagram and they don't follow each other anymore. He recently joined OnlyFans and in July, revealed he was four months sober.
"I’m now 4 months and 4 days clean and sober — and I’ve got to say, I’m waking up every day with a big smile. Still baby steps, but I’m smashing it. Honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made," he wrote on social media.
"I’m doing it for me, for my family, and for my beautiful daughter. The difference is unreal — I can go out now and not even be tempted by alcohol."
Sacha
Since MAFS UK, Sacha who was celibate while filming has been baptised.
She's also been speaking openly about her faith on her Instagram and is a radio presenter on Brumside Radio.
Alex
Alex, 28, was married to Holly, 29, while on the show, but sadly they didn't make it to the end of the experiment together. They remained friends after the show and were pictured together several times, but nothing more happened there.
Alex has continued with his personal training and coaching and has also done a fair bit of travelling since the show.
He's still good friends with this year's cast, including Adam and Lacey, who regularly comment on his posts.
Holly
Beautician and mum-of-two Holly, is now engaged. She announced the big news in May, writing alongside a photo of her and her fiance: "The easiest “YES”. You bring the best out of me, you care about my opinion, you make me feel safe with being vulnerable, you allow my imperfect days, we work through conflict, your my support network, you give me 100% every single day. I finally understand the meaning of “ finding the one” ILOVEYOU ♥️🥹"
Congratulations!
Richelle
Businesswoman Richelle, 48, had a turbulent relationship with engineer Orson, 41, which ended way before the final vows. Richelle didn't attend any of the reunions.
Following the show, released her book Martyred At First Sight: The Reality of Reality TV, which some of her MAFS co-stars as well as season seven's Kasia congratulated her on.
The mum-of-one doesn't post frequently, but in March she commented on the 2025 reunion episode, which showcased Lacey and Nathan's split.
She said: " I loved Lacey and Nathan as a couple 🤩 They were lovely together and I was sad when their relationship broke down and even more saddened to see the reunion edit.
I don't know the ins and outs of none of that but what I do know is that I was fighting for my life at one point during my last cc 😌"
Orson
Dating rumours between Orson and Hannah began swirling while they were on the show. They went on some dates after the show, but realised they're better as friends.
It's not known if Orson is dating, but he's definitely catching flights. He's travelled back home to St. Kitts and Nevis a few times since filming ended and has been sharing lots of snaps from his time there.
He's also really good friends with a lot of the cast, especially Adam. No sign of a friendship with Richelle though...
Luke
Prison education manager Luke, 30, was head over heels for his wife Amy, 27. But, sadly it didn't work. Luke made some sexual jokes ( we still can't get that bum hole comment out of our heads - screaming), which didn't go down well with Amy. So, she ended it at the final vows, wearing a black fascinator and all.
In February, Luke posed shirtless for a campaign with Domino's Pizza.
In July, he shared some pictures of him while on a date. He captioned the carousel of photos: "One thing I learnt is that you'll be very surprised at how quickly pre-conceived thoughts and perspectives change once you re-visit experiences with the right company ❤️
Absolutely loved every second of my 48h spent there 🙏 Thank you."
Amy
Since the show, Amy has been living it up. She has a new darker hair do and has spent some time in Ibiza, Mexico and The Bahamas. She's still really good friends with Hannah as well.
Stephen
Medical technology technician Stephen, 33, was married to gym owner Hannah, 32, but things turned sour during their honeymoon. Despite continuing in the experiment, they never really recovered from this, and then Hannah was accused of flirting with Orson and Ryan, while Stephen made a move on Sionainn (but she wasn't interested).
Since appearing on the show, Stephen has been working on himself, keeping up with his fitness, getting his teeth whitened in January, and undergoing a hair transplant in May.
He's still really good friends with Caspar, who he runs the podcast, Fitness & Flowers with.
Hannah
Hannah didn't have the smoothest journey on MAFS. As well as not getting on with her husband, she argued with some of the other brides, including Polly and Holly.
She seems to be thriving since filming ended though. One year on, she's still really good friends with Amy and is also close to season eight's Adrienne, who she recently went on holiday with.
Sionainn
Make Up artist Sionainn, 29, was married to bin man and model Ryan, 28. Although late entries to the show, they seemed to be going from strength-to-strength, until one argument about shoe laces escalated and they called it quits.
According to Sionainn Ryan said that their relationship was "fake" and she was just a "holiday romance". Ryan said he was joking, but they weren't able to move past it.
Ryan arrived at the 2025 reunion with Hannah, however, the duo insisted they're just friends.
Since the show, Sionainn has continued with her Make Up career, sharing glam pictures on her social media.
Ryan
A year on from MAFS, Ryan appears to have settled back into everyday life. He’s been enjoying quality time with his son and sharing glimpses of their close relationship on social media.
Ryan has stayed connected to some of his MAFS co-stars, including fellow grooms Orson and Adam. So while he may not have found love per se, he did find friendship on the show.
Married At First Sight UK 2025 starts tonight, 21 September.
