Cruz Beckham shares cryptic post about 'telling the truth' amid rumoured family feud

The alleged feud between the Beckham family is heating up, if Instagram is anything to go by. This weekend, Cruz Beckham took to his Story to share a cryptic post about "telling the truth", it comes amid rising fan speculation that there's a rift between the Beckhams, which has slowly bubbled since Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham tied the knot in 2022.

Although it was later shut down that there was any romantic crossover, the rumoured feud was fired up further when Brooklyn and Nicola didn't attend David Beckham's 50th birthday bash earlier this year.

All caught up? Great. So, back to Cruz's cryptic post.

"It takes 43 muscles in your face to frown, and 17 to smile," he wrote on his Story. "Be kind and tell the truth." There's a lot to unpack there, especially when paired with another Instagram Story the 20-year-old shared just days before. "I love my family, I love you guys more than anything," he wrote alongside a photo of the Beckham family.

"Mum and dad you gave us life and cared for us no matter what," he went on. "I cannot tell you how blessed we all are to have you in our lives."

That post in itself might not seem too questionable, but it follows a post on Brooklyn's own Instagram in which he praises his wife in much the same way. "My whole world, I will love you forever," he wrote in a caption of himself and Nicola riding a motorbike. "I always choose you baby, you're the most amazing person I know, me and you forever baby."

Fans had plenty to say in the comments section, further pointing to the alleged rift between the Beckham family. "Don’t forget your beautiful parents who will always love you unconditionally," one person wrote, as another shared: "You don't have to choose."

Elsewhere in the comments section, another fan added, "It's nice to see two young couple honouring their vows and minding their own lives."

According to a source who spoke to Metro, Victoria Beckham is 'devastated' about the apparent drama but hopes it will be resolved soon. "Victoria hates to think about her family being so divided, especially with it involving one of her children," the source said. "She's hoping Brooklyn will come around and see things for what they are. They’ve always been a close-knit family."
