The Sunday Times has released their 40 Under 40 Rich List for 2025, with the likes of Adele, Harry Styles, Anthony Joshua and Dua Lipa making the list with their impressive fortunes.
The newspaper also published its annual Rich List as part of a special 76-page edition of its Sunday magazine, detailing the fortunes of the 350 wealthiest individuals and families in Britain.
Dua Lipa made history as the youngest celeb to feature on this year's list at just 29-years-old, followed by former Made in Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo, 30, who sits at number 12 on the list, beating musician Ed Sheeran.

Dua Lipa

Estimated wealth: £115 million
Place on Rich List: 34
The singer is the youngest person and the only celeb under 30 to have made the rich list, with an estimated wealth of £115 million. Dua Lipa has won several Brit Awards and three Grammys and in 2024, she released her third studio album, Radical Optimism, and headlined Glastonbury Festival.
Georgia Toffolo
Age: 30
Estimated wealth: £425 million
Place on Rich List: 12
At just 30-years-old, Georgia Toffolo sits in 12th place on this year's rich list, with an estimated fortune of £425 million.
The figure combines the wealth of the former reality TV star and and her husband, BrewDog co-founder James Watt.
Toff appeared on Made in Chelsea from 2014 to 2018. She took part in the 17th series of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here... in 2017, which she went onto win. She is the founder of WiLD PACK, a dog food company, and The VTA, a talent management agency, and has multiple brand endorsements and sponsorships.
Harry Styles
Age: 31
Estimated wealth: £225 million
Place on Rich List: 22
Former One Direction star Harry Styles comes in at number 22 on the list. His wealth is said to amount to £225 million, which is an increase of around £50 million from last year.
The 31-year-old found fame as a member of boyband One Direction, which was formed on The X Factor. He embarked on a solo career in 2017 and has gone on to release major hits, including 'Watermelon Sugar'.
Styles has also earned considerable income from through acting, including roles in films like Dunkirk and Eternals.
Ed Sheeran
Age: 34
Estimated wealth: £370 million
Place on Rich List: 12
Ed Sheeran is the richest musician on the list, sitting at number 13 with an estimated £370 million to his name - a £30 million increase from last year's estimate.
Sheeran's primary source of income comes from his music career, particularly album sales, tours and royalties. He also earns from songwriting for other artists and various endorsement deals. In addition, his investments, such as in Ipswich Town FC, have further boosted his overall net worth.
Harry Kane
Age: 31
Estimated wealth: £100 million
Place on the Rich List: 38
Footballer Kane is one of the youngest celebs on the list with an estimated wealth of £100 million.
His primary income comes from his salary at Bayern Munich, where he's said to earn £400,000 per week. He also earns from various endorsements and sponsorships, including a lifetime deal with Skechers.
