While there's a lot of cracking on, head turning and mugging off that takes place on Love Island, we can't deny that the show has produced some pretty solid couples - many of whom have gone on to get engaged.

And a new couple has just joined the club!

Love Island All Stars 2024 contestants Molly Smith and Tom Clare are now engaged. The couple, who won the first ever season of the spin-off show, announced the proposal in a joint Instagram post on Thursday 4th September.

Molly Smith and Tom Clare - All Stars season 1 (2024)

All Stars season one winners Molly Smith and Tom Clare are officially engaged.

The pair, who met in January 2024, announced the news via a collab post on Instagram.

"SHE SAID YES!!! 💍 🤍🤍🤍" read the caption alongside a carousel of photos of the proposal in Dubai.

In the first image, Tom lifted up an excited Molly as she showed off her gorgeous ring, while surrounded by white roses and candles.

The couple's friends rushed to comment on the good news, with Tom's bestie Casey O'Gorman, writing: "congratulations to my brother and his QUEEN!!! 🥹🤍now to start writing the greatest best man speech of all time 👀🤪"

Uma Jammeh and Wil Anderson - season 11 (2024)

This is not a drill! Love Island's Uma and Wil are officially engaged, one year after meeting on the dating show.

The pair met while filming last year's series, and though they didn't have the smoothest journey in the series, they came out the other side stronger than ever.

And now they're getting married! Uma shared the very exciting news on her Instagram last night (14 July), where she shared a number of pictures of herself looking stunning while holding her left hand out to the camera, sporting her new engagement ring.

She captioned the images: "We’ve been sitting on a bad boy piece of information 💍." Wil then commented below saying: "I liked it, so I put a ring on it 🤪."

Massive congrats!

Kendall Rae Knight - Season four (2018)

Kendall Rae Knight recently announced her engagement to footballer Andrew Hughes.

Alongside a photo of Hughes getting down on one knee, while the pair stood on a balcony in Dubai, Kendall wrote: "10.05.25 [white heart emoji] YES YES YES to the love of my life!"

Kendall appeared on the fourth season of Love Island in 2018. She was the first contestant to be dumped from the show, and later shared a kiss with Eyal Booker at the 2018 Christmas reunion, but the romance fizzled out.

Kendall's engagement comes after welcoming hers and Andrew's first child, a baby boy named Cooper, in March.

Josh Denzel - Season four (2018)

There must be something in the season four Love Island water...

In December 2024, Josh Denzel popped the question to his his long-term girlfriend, model Ruby Wong, jetting her off in a helicopter to the top of a snowy mountain in Switzerland for the epic proposal.

They couple captioned their carousel of engagement photos: "My love, every day with you is a gift, and I’m so blessed to spend the rest of my life by your side. You are my rock, my guide, and my heart. And now, you’re my fiancé. I love you always."

Josh was initially coupled up with Georgia Steele in season four, and is the very reason for G's iconic "I'm loyal" line, after he ditched her for Kaz Crossley at Casa Amor. He ended up leaving the show with Kaz and they went on to date after the show. However, broke up six months later.

Sam Gowland - Season three (2017)

Sam Gowland proposed to his girlfriend Scarlett Rae during a trip to Dubai in December 2024.

During his time in the villa, Sam coupled up with Camilla Thurlow, Chloë Crowhurst, and eventually Georgia Harrison, following his return from Casa Amor. The pair left the show together and a had a brief relationship before splitting. He then dated Geordie Shore's Chloe Ferry and they were together for three years before their break up in 2020.

Rosie Williams - Season four (2018)

Season four's Rosie Williams got engaged to her partner Sam Tankard during a romantic proposal in the Maldives in December 2024.

Rosie shared a cute video on her Instagram at the time, which fellow Love Island contestants commented on.

"Congratulations beauty. So happy for you." Hayley Hughes wrote, while their co-star Samira Mighty added: "Beautiful."

Mike Boateng - Season six (2020)

Mike Boateng announced his engagement back in December 2025. Sharing a photo of his bride whose face was covered by her hand, which showed off the massive rock on her finger, Mike wrote: "Commit to the lord whatever you do and he will establish your plans."

The couple stepped out at the 2025 MOBO Awards together in February 2025.

The proposal comes four years after Mike's Love Island stint. During his time on the show he had a thing with Jess Gale, but eventually couple up with Priscilla Anyabu. The pair left the show and went on to enjoy a 15 month relationship, before calling it quits.

Olivia and Alex - Season two (2016)

Love Island power couple Olivia Bowen (nee Buckland) and Alex Bowen got engaged in 2017 and married the year later. They welcomed their first child, a boy named Abel, in June 2022, and are expecting their second child.

Dom and Jess - Season three (2017)

They may have left the show early, but Dom Lever and Jess Shears have been together ever since. They got engaged in September 2017, just months after leaving the villa, and tied the knot in October 2018.

The couple have two sons - Presley, born in October 2019, and a second born in June 2022.

Nathan and Cara - Season two (2016)

Season two winners Nathan and Cara went on to get engaged two years after leaving the show together and married in June 2019.

They're now parents to two children - Freddie-George, born in 2017, and Delilah, born in 2020.

Olivia Attwood - Season three (2017)

Olivia Attwood got engaged to footballer Bradley Dack and the pair wed at luxury five-star hotel Bulgari in Knightsbridge in June 2023.

During her time on the show, Olivia coupled up with Chris Hughes and they dated for seven months before splitting.

Sam Bird - Season four (2018)

Sam Bird got engaged to Kailah Casilas in 2020 and the pair married in Gibraltar in March 2022.

The pair are still happily married and regularly share lots of loved up photos together.

Francesca Allen - Season five (2019)

In December 2021, Francesca announced that she was marrying her "best friend", Ed Crossan.

She wrote: "The best Christmas present a girl could ask for [red heart emoji] I'm marrying my best friend!!!!! I still can't believe it."

The pair are yet to tie the knot, and Francesca previously revealed that she avoids questions about wedding plans.

During a Q&A on her Instagram Story in December 2024, Francesca was asked how the wedding planning was going.

She replied: "So I always avoid this question as I was never even beginning to plan anything.

"I am enjoying being engaged and am so happy with how life is atm it's crazy! However I've actually found a planner I really like and I'm really excited to get the wheels in motion."

Zara Holland - Season two (2016)

Zara Holland married Elliot Love in June 2023 in a beautiful ceremony in Greece, following a proposal in Dubai.

Zara's proposal comes after quite a difficult time in the Love Island villa. During season two, Zara, who was Miss Great Britain at the time, engaged in a sexual act with Alex Bowen. The moment was aired on the show and it led to her being stripped of her title. She then quit the show, after finding out her mother was ill.

Camilla and Jamie - Season three (2017)

Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt got engaged in 2021, after meeting in the villa in 2017.

Jamie proposed in a heartfelt manner, dressing their daughter Nell in a babygrow that read, "Mummy, will you marry my Daddy?" Cute.

The pair tied the knot in September 2021, and later welcomed two more daughters Nora and Brodie.
