When did Severance season 2 premiere?
The second season of Severance will officially premiere on Friday, 17th January with its first episode. It's almost close to three years since the show originally premiered.
When does the next episode of Severance drop?
New episodes will be released every Friday afterwards until the finale on 21st March, 2025. Apple typically releases the show at 8am GMT, so take it as a special gift from Lumon that you get to watch it just a little bit earlier - maybe even before you start work on Fridays. Praise Kier!
The official synopsis for season two of Severance reads: "In Severance, Mark Scout (Adam Scott) leads a team at Lumon Industries, whose employees have undergone a severance procedure, which surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives.
"This daring experiment in “work-life balance” is called into question as Mark finds himself at the centre of an unraveling mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his work… and of himself. In season two, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier, leading them further down a path of woe."
