We're now approaching the mid-way point of this year's I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, and while we're loving all the campmates, we definitely have some favourites in this season's camp. And high up on that list is former Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse.

Oti is 34 years old and her birthday is on 8th August, which makes her a Leo.
Why is I'm a Celebrity's Oti famous?
Oti first appeared on our screens in 2015 as a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing. She's won the series twice, first in 2019 with Kelvin Fletcher and then again the following year with Bill Bailey. In February 2022 Oti confirmed she was leaving the series.
She's also appeared on the German version of Strictly Come Dancing for two years.
In 2022 Oti joined the judging panel of ITV's Dancing on Ice and over the years she's had numerous appearances on TV shows such as The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer, Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, and Michael McIntyre's The Wheel.
Before heading into the jungle Oti also announced her debut romance novel Slow Burn will be published in September next year.

Before going into the jungle Oti revealed her biggest phobia was snakes and the item she would miss most is her makeup (hard relate).
And as for why she chose to take part in the show? Well, Oti revealed: "I have been a fan of I’m A Celebrity for so long. Outside of Strictly and Dancing on Ice, it’s the show I watch religiously, and I can remember last year thinking: ‘Ok, this feels right. I am definitely up for it now, I am up for the challenge’. Now I have had my baby daughter, I want to get back to the adventurous and fun Oti. I feel ready for a change and doing something completely different. I will have no make-up, concealer, lashes – it’s going to be nice to be laid back.”
Who is Oti Mabuse's husband?
In 2014 Oti married professional dancer Marius Iepure, after getting engaged on her birthday and the couple moved to London in 2015.
Before getting married the couple danced together in numerous competitions and won the gold at the German National Show Dancing Championships.
How many children does Oti have?
Oti and Marius have one daughter together who was born in November 2023 and whose name the couple have kept private.
Oti gave birth 10 weeks prematurely, and opened up about those early weeks of motherhood while in I'm a Celebrity.
Speaking to Reverend Richard Cole, Oti said in the episode aired on 26th November: "My daughter was really, really tiny when she was born. It's hell. It's hell to be in the hospital, to hear those sounds, to not see your baby's eyes for a week, it's hell to constantly look for advice from the doctors."
Oti and Marius' daughter was able to leave hospital after six weeks in neo-natal intensive care.
Who is Oti's sister?
Oti isn't the only Mabuse on our screens as her older sister Motsi Mabuse is also famous in her own right.
Motsi is also a professional dancer and since 2019 has been on the judging panel for Strictly Come Dancing. She's also a judge on the German version of the series and has been since 2011.
