In case you needed reminding, Charli XCX is the pure embodiment of Brat, as proved by her latest topless campaign for Acne Studios.
Well, it's been a wild year for 32-year-old Charli, real name Charlotte Emma Aitchison, hasn't it? And while Brat summer may be over, she's still out here living her best life. From kicking off London Fashion Week in a head to toe leather look, to starring in the latest Skims promotion, she's now fronting a campaign for Acne.
In it, Charli faces a full length mirror wearing paint-covered jeans, holding her hands above her head. In the second shot, she wears a structured black oversized blazer and tiny glasses, with an Acne bag.
Then, in picture three, Charli looks directly at the camera, holding a pink bag in front of her chest. "me for @acnestudios by @taliachetrit," the singer added in the caption for her 6.6million followers.
So Brat.
As you can imagine, Charli's fans went wild for the snaps. "Never wished so hard to be a mirror," one person commented, while another put, "It’s Charli baby!" Someone else added, "CHARLI UR SO PERFECT" while a fourth said, "THE FIRST PIC GAGGED ME OMG 😍"
The campaigns come as the singer will make her debut as the host Saturday Night Live this weekend, following her first time as a musical guest on the show back in December 2014. She was then scheduled to perform in December 2021, but it was delayed due to covid. She then performed again in March 2022.
