One look at Lisa Rinna's Instagram reveals the ultimate lesson in confidence, with the Real Housewife often throwing two fingers up at expectations and societal norms. And her latest photoshoot is no exception, with the reality star posing topless for the new issue of Cosmopolitan US. YES.
The 60-year-old is no stranger to a nude photoshoot. In May 2023, she posted an image from a shoot with ES Magazine in which she appears to be totally naked, apart from a pair of black latex gloves.
Then, the following June, she posed nude for a campaign for a collaboration between Christian Cowan and Les Specs, before ringing in 2024 with a straight up naked mirror selfie, which appears to be taken after a massage.
Now she's gone one better, sharing an un-retouched topless shot from a photoshoot, which shows her lying on a red silk sheet in high waisted tights and a short peroxide bob.
In the words of Kim Kardashian, she's iconic, and she loves to do iconic sh*t.
In the Cosmopolitan US interview, Lisa opened up about how she hopes her social media platform acts as inspiration for her daughters, Delilah, 24, and Amelia, 22. "Imagine having me as your mum and opening up your Instagram and I’m, like, dancing or doing some funny thing. I think that if you look at them and you see what they’ve accomplished at such a young age, I don’t think it’s a negative.
"I think it’s actually a positive, because they see that anything is possible. Like today, my daughter said, 'Oh my god, Mum, you’re a rock star.' I was showing her photos from this shoot, and I thought, ‘That’s a cool thing to hear from your 22-year-old.’ So hopefully, I’m presenting something that is positive to them. But again, I can’t quite imagine what it would be like having me as a mum."
