Netflix are really nailing the documentary vibes right now, aren't they? After giving us an insight into the world of Taylor Swift with Miss Americana and a candid look at Lewis Capaldi's life living with tourettes, they're now dropping two more: one about Robbie Williams, and one with David Beckham at the centre.
Aptly titled BECKHAM, here's everything we know about the series so far, from confirmed release date to who'll star and more.
What will BECKHAM be about?
On 26th September 2023, Netflix revealed a four-part series about the Manchester United and England footballer was coming. The synopsis teases a "never-before-seen insight into who Beckham actually is, including his family, friends, teammates, and — yes — his shopping and cleaning habits. The result is an unprecedented look at an icon who, despite spending nearly 30 years in the public eye, just might surprise you."
Another caption adds, "With never-before-seen footage, this docuseries follows David Beckham's meteoric rise from humble beginnings to global football stardom."
What is BECKHAM's release date?
There's not long to wait for a no holes barred look at Beckham's life: the show will air on Netflix from the 4th October.

Who is David Beckham?
The world famous footballer from East London played football for ManchesterUnited for 11 years, leading them to be the most famous football team in the world at the time, while also playing in multiple world cup fixtures for England (including one where he got a red card for kicking Diego Simeone of Argentina.)
Since his footballing days, he has built a brand in one of the world's most famous families, after marrying an actual Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham, in 1999. They share four children - : Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
BECKHAM will land on Netflix on 4th October 2023.
