Love Island's Gemma Owen has responded to rumours she's back together with Luca Bish, following speculation about one of her TikToks.
The pair, who met in the Love Island villa during summer 2022, came runners up to Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu during the live final, before announcing their split the following November.
Gemma wrote on Instagram Stories at the time, "To all my followers, I wanted to let you know that Luca and I are no longer in a relationship. It wasn't an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for us both right now.
"Many of you have been on this journey with us from the very beginning and I want to thank you for your continued support as we start new chapters. Love, Gem x"
Most recently, Gemma fuelled speculation that they were back together with a TikTok this weekend [17th March 2023] which showed her lipsyncing along to a sound. In it, she says, "I like this man so much, now he got me working on my attitude. What?!"
Some fans questioned whether this was about Luca, taking to the comments to ask whether the pair had rekindled things. "THEY'RE BACK TOGETHER," one comment with 600 likes read, while another put, "Are you back together? Asking for a friend."
Now, reports say Gemma has responded to another TikTok posted by a fan, who in the video said, "Gemma and Luca are back together! I now truly before [sic] if it was meant to be it will come back. They are so cute."
The 19-year-old replied, "Sorry... this is not true!"
