Dua Lipa is one of the most successful musicians in the industry right now and is famous for her award-winning songs, sultry vocals and showstopping performances.
But, the 27-year-old singer also has a pretty interesting dating history which is likely to have inspired her hit tracks like ‘New Rules’ and ‘Break My Heart’.
Most recently, she was rumoured to be dating Rita Ora’s filmmaker ex-boyfriend Romain Gavras. So, from Trevor Noah to Jack Harlow and everyone in between, here is a timeline of Dua Lipa’s relationship history, starting with the most recent update...
Callum Turner: January 2024
Callum was at a private event for his Apple TV+ series Masters of the Air starring Austin Butler and Barry Koeghan, when he and Dua were papped backstage together in footage obtained by TMZ. "It's new, but they're mad about each other," an insider claimed to Page Six, adding: "She was at the premiere to support him."
Almost exactly a month after they were first linked, Dua and Callum are photographed leaving the BAFTAs after party together in London in February, before being photographed in multiple cities around the world, arm in arm. We're talking Paris, New York, London...
While Dua first shared an insight into their relationship on social media in May, they went properly official with snaps from Glastonbury Festival, shared in June 2024:

Isaac Carew: 2015 to June 2019
Dua dated British model and chef, Isaac Crew, for around four years from 2015. The pair had an on-and-off-again relationship as they dated until 2017 then split up, but in true celebrity fashion, they got back together in 2018. The pair even attended the Met Gala together in 2019, but they broke up for good that year.
A source told The Sun at the time, "Dua and Isaac have really struggled to see each other since getting back together. They wanted to make things work and things were great between them for a while but she is just getting busier and busier.
"She is gearing up to release new music and has basically been performing across the world non-stop for the past three years so it’s been tough. It’s been a difficult decision but ultimately they haven’t been able to make things work."
Paul Klein: 2017 to January 2018
While on a break from her relationship with Isaac, Dua reportedly dated singer Paul Klein for around five months. After their split, he told Harper’s Bazaar that he took the breakup pretty hard.
“I never felt a pain like that,” he said in 2018. “I’m not trying to be dramatic here. I think that was the first time I’ve ever been in love, and I never felt anything like that in my life.”
Anwar Hadid: June 2019 to December 2021
Dua’s most high profile relationship was with model Anwar Hadid – Bella and Gigi Hadid’s little brother. She said they first met at a BBQ and she slid in the DMs straight after.
The pair spent the coronavirus lockdown together in 2020, with Dua telling People at the time, "It’s been really great — easy and fun and chill. We’ve been making the most of this because we got all this extra time that we weren’t expecting to just hang out. It’s been an absolute blast, and we’re learning so much more about each other."
They then took a break in their relationship in late 2021, with People explaining, “Dua and Anwar are currently taking a break from their relationship and are spending time apart. They’re figuring things out right now.”
They then split for good in December 2021, with Dua telling Vogue six months later, “The next chapter of my life is about truly being good with being alone.”
Aron Piper: June 2022
Dua was spotted dancing at a Madrid nightclub with Elite actor Arón Piper during the summer of 2022 and fans were obsessed. But, just days later, singer FKA Twigs shared a video of her and Aron sharing a steamy kiss so we assume this relationship was short-lived, or was actually just all speculation. Maybe it didn't happen at all and they just like a dance, eh?
Trevor Noah: September 2022
Dua and host and comedian, Trevor Noah, were rumoured to have dated in September 2022 after they were photographed at dinner together in New York City. But it sounds like it was just rumours. When asked about the dating rumours by The Hollywood Reporter, Trevor is said to have laughed ("When I ask what he makes of the latest headlines, which have him linked to Dua Lipa, he simply leans back in his chair and laughsm")
And, after being spotted together, Dua took to her podcast to say she was single.
Jack Harlow: December 2022
Dua and rapper Jack Harlow sparked relationship rumours in December 2022 after being photographed together at an event. Before this, Jack wrote a song about her titled ‘Dua Lipa’ and including the lyric, “Dua Lipa, I’m tryna do more with her than do a feature,” -
This was never confirmed, though.
Romain Gravas: January 2023 onwards
Dua was first spotted with her new boyfriend, Romain Gravas, at a BAFTAs after-party in January 2023 and then again leaving a Paris fashion show hand-in-hand in February. Filmmaker Romain has directed music videos for Kanye West and M.I.A and he even used to date Rita Ora, before she went on to marry director Taika Waititi.
A source told The Sun at the time “Dua and Romain have been quietly getting to know each other for several months. They have been enjoying spending time together. The pair met each other’s close circles over the festive period and have lots in common.
“Dua knows how important it is to find someone who understands her industry. She feels Romain totally gets it. They’re both really creative people.”
Unfortunately, though, it wasn't to be; by November 2023, another source confirmed the pair had broken up, after months of holidays and hot girl summer. According to The Sun: "Dua and Romain have gone their separate ways after a summer of love. She has blinkers on when it comes to her career and the pair ended the relationship. Romain considered Dua to be a workaholic but she doesn’t plan on slowing down for anything or anyone."
