February 2025 - Millie reminds paparazzi she's a wife
While attending the premiere for her new movie The Electric State, Millie reminded the paparazzi just who Jake is to her. Millie was posing for some solo shots when two photographers shouted for her to bring her "boyfriend" over. Millie quickly corrected their mistake, telling them: "He’s not my boyfriend." The photographers then apologised and Millie said it was ok.

3rd June 2021 - Millie and Jake go Insta official as "BFFs"
The first we saw of Millie and Jake together came in June 2021, when Jake posted a cute selfie of the pair during a car ride with the caption, "bff <3". At the time, Millie herself also joined in to comment, "BFF 🦄."
Of course, it's not known whether the pair were *just* BBFs at this point, or whether they were already dating. But, either way, the pic marks the start of a long line of sweet selfies from these two.
19th June 2021 - Millie and Jake are pictured holding hands
Shortly after the car ride selfie, Millie and Jake were photographed holding hands together while out for a walk in New York, in pictures published by People. In the snaps, the pair can be seen strolling hand-in-hand, with Jake also carrying Millie's dog Winnie in a tote bag on his shoulder. Adorable!
12th July 2021 - Millie and Jake spark more relationship rumours on Insta
In July, it was Millie's turn to take to the 'gram, teasing fans with a selfie of her and Jake posted on her Instagram Story.
"Happy weekend," she wrote, alongside a picture of her resting her face on Jake's head with her arm wrapped around his shoulder.
October to December 2021 - Jake shares more selfies with Millie
Following his initial car ride post, Jake has since followed up with a bunch of *adorable* Insta selfies alongside Millie - with the pair seen enjoying the winter months together. Pics include a sweet CCTV camera selfie, plus a photo captioned, "We’re starting a band send name ideas."
1st November 2021 - Millie soft launches Jake on her Instagram grid (kind of)
November seemed to mark the first of Millie's public Instagram grid posts featuring Jake - though Jake's identity was pretty well concealed. Millie posted a picture of the pair sharing a sweet hug while enjoying a trip on The London Eye, with both of their faces blurred and Jake remaining untagged.
The actress captioned the post, "🎡👁," with fans in the comments speculating that it was indeed Jake in the pic.
25th December 2021 - Millie and Jake spend Christmas together
Millie and Jake seemed to spend the festive period together, with Millie posting a selfie of the pair on Christmas Day captioned, "happy holidays ❤." Cute!
19th February 2022 - The couple post identical selfies
Celebrating Millie's 18th birthday, the duo dressed up as Barbie and Ken, posting a set of matching selfies on Instagram - and the pics are *iconic*.
Sharing the snap to her own grid, Millie wrote, "hey ken! 🎂," while Jake's post featured the caption, "Happy birthday barbie ily <3 [I love you]."

13th March 2022 - Millie and Jake make their red carpet debut
The 2022 BAFTAs saw Millie and Jake making their red carpet debut as a couple at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The pair posed for pictures together, with Jake glancing down adorably at Millie while she rested her hand on his chest. Have you ever seen such a stylish couple? Didn't think so.
Millie also shared a snap from the night on Instagram, alongside a string of "❤️ ❤️ ❤️" love heart emojis, while Jake shared a video from the red carpet, adding, "📽❤️🥳".

7th May 2022 - Millie dedicates a sweet Instagram post to Jake's birthday
These two are now a pretty well established couple so it was always a matter of time before the adorable birthday Instagrams started. Millie kicks things off by posting a series of cute pics of the two of them together, along with a heartfelt caption celebrating Jake's birthday.

15th May 2022 - Millie and Jake wear coordinated outfits on the red carpet
The Stranger Things season 4 premiere was a bit of a big deal, after all we've been waiting almost three years for the fourth instalment to drop. We deserve a medal, right? But it was also a bit of an event because we finally got to see the cast on the red carpet together after all these years. We're talking David Harbour and Lily Allen (who weren't even together last time Hopper graced our screens), along with Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton, Sadie Sink, Dacre Montgomery and Joe Keery. It was a big night.
But easily the biggest deal of the night was Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi turning up in coordinated couple outfits and continuing their mission of looking adorable together.
7 June 2022 - Millie and Jake share some v sweet PDA
The celebs are *all* about the PDA these days, from Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson to Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker (who could forget?). And it seems Millie and Jake are firmly on board with the trend too, sharing some very cute PDA on Instagram.
We've previously seen the pair posing in some sweet selfies on the 'gram, and now they've followed up by sharing an intimate moment with followers too. Jake posted the snap in question on his Insta grid, showing the pair hugging while out for a countryside hike. Love!
The actor added the caption, "Ain’t no mountain high enough!" with Millie adorably commenting in response, "can keep me from getting to u babe!!!"

19th June 2022 - Millie shares (another!) PDA Insta post with Jake
Earlier this month, we saw Millie and Jake give #Kravis and #Kete a run for their money with their first PDA Instagram picture (read: NSFW). However, this time the two have taken their affection to the next level with a kissing pic! Oh, and it's in front of a crowd of thousands, no less. Having said that, the snap wasn't taken at a red carpet debut, nor was it on-screen but instead at a Harry Styles concert. So, fortunately for them, all eyes were on Haz.
And if the post itself wasn't cute enough, Mills added the caption: "alexa play love of my life by harry styles". *Cue this > 🥰 emoji IRL*.
11th August 2022 - Millie and Jake share the cutest photo
It's official: after loads of PDA pics over the months, Millie and Jake have only gone and shared quite possibly the cutest photo we've ever seen.
Taking to Instagram, Millie shared a sweet black and white snap showing her sharing dessert with Jake, while the pair look into each other's eyes while laughing. The actress added the caption, "Always b my baby <3," and the pic + Mariah reference = the most adorable combo ever.
The couple followed up with video footage of their dance mat battle - you know, just when you thought things couldn't get any cuter. Friends were of course big fans of the post too, with Millie's Stranger Things co-star commenting, "Parents." Take a look here:

April 2023 - The pair are engaged!
Millie announced the proposal on Instagram, sharing a black and white snap of her flaunting her new ring while embracing Jake on the beach. Of course, all accompanied by lyrics from Taylor Swift's song Lover. "I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all," she said in the caption.
While speaking to The Times in August 2023, the Stranger Things star revealed that Jake actually proposed to her using a ring that belonged to her mother.
"I've always loved that ring, it’s always stuck out to me, so she gave it to Jake," the 19-year-old explained, before adding that "they were in cahoots about the whole proposal. I love that I can always keep a piece of my mum with me."
"My parents adore him. [Jake and I] both come from parents that have stayed together for a really long time," she said. "My parents were young when they got together, so I always had amazing role models for relationships."
June 2023 - They celebrate the engagement with a party
After Jake proposed in spring, the pair had a party to celebrate the following June, with a heart-shaped balloon arch and a light-up sign reading: "Mr & Mrs Bongiovi."
June 2024 - Millie and Jake are married!
Three years after the couple were first linked, 20-year-old Millie and 22-year-old Jake are officially married. Singer Bon Jovi - Jake's dad - confirmed the couple had married in a "Very small, family wedding", telling The One Show, "They are great, they are absolutely fantastic. It was a very small, family wedding and the bride looked gorgeous and Jake is happy as can be. It's true."
Sources added to The Sun it was a "very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows."
June 2024 - Millie confirms she's officially a wife
Surprise! Five days after news broke of Millie and Jake's secret ceremony, the actress confirmed they had indeed got married - with her outfit choices. And no, before you ask, she didn't share a snap of her wedding dress, instead posing at Universal Orlando in denim shorts with 'WIFEY' across the back, and a cap which reads, "Wife of the party."
