The Kardashian-Jenners are an institution, and given how much they love their holiday spirit it's pretty surprising that they've never vied for Christmas number 1 before. Well it looks like this is the year; Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Travis Barker have released a Christmas single, and 'Jingle Bells' is every bit what you think it would be.
First things first, 'Jingle Bells' is a cover of the classic Christmas tune, not a Kardashian original, but that doesn't mean that Kris, Kourt and Travis haven't gone all out. The family announced the news via Instagram late last night, sharing screen grabs of the single on their Stories.
If you were wondering how the new group works, Kris is on vocals, Travis is on drums (obviously) and Kourtney is on bells, whatever that means.
The 1-minute-and-30-second song was produced by "Kravis Records" (?) and the single artwork features an old photo of momager Kris in a red sequin dress, in front of a Christmas stocking-covered chimney.
Kourtney announced the single on her Instagram Stories, captioning the screengrab, "A little fun in the studio with the iconic legendary queen Kris Jenner me on the jingle bells, and Travis Barker on the drums of course."
Unsurprisingly, people have lost it over the single, and Twitter has turned into a full on treasure trove of fan reactions.
I mean, whatever you think of the news, it is pretty festive...
