Molly-Mae Hague might not've walked away from the Love Island 2019 villa with the £50,000 winnings, but she has since gone on to be one of the most successful contestants from the reality show. But what actually is her net worth?

Five years on from her stint in the Love Island villa, the 25-year-old has gone on to launch her own fake tan brand called Filter, work with PrettyLittleThing as their creative director and recently create a fashion label called Maebe.

What is Molly-Mae's net worth?

According to The Mirror, Molly-Mae earned £3.4 million in 2022, while it's been reported that she earned over £1million in sales for her fake tan brand, Filter, over the last two years.

Her assets are also worth well over £4million, including the home that she recently confirmed she sole owns in Cheshire. Her company MMH Group Holdings Ltd posts their accounts on Companies House, which suggests she has multi-million pounds of income each year, while Capital FM have said she has a net worth of £6.5 million.

Pretty Little Thing

After leaving Love Island, the influencer landed a sponsorship deal with the online fashion retailer, PLT, which was reportedly worth £500,000. Following a number of successful collections, Molly took on the role of their Creative Director, in a deal that was reportedly worth £5million. In 2024, she stepped down from the role, presumably so she could launch Maebe (more about that later.)

During a 2020 documentary on Channel 4 called Inside Missguided: Made In Manchester, it was also revealed that Molly turned down aa £350,000 offer from the retaile, who also said they'd throw in an £80,000 Range Rover to sweeten the deal. She also had a deal with Beauty Works after leaving the villa.

Filter

In late 2019, Molly launched her very own line of tanning products, which includes tanning mousses, mitts, face tanning drops and more. The Instagram account has almost 600k followers, with the caption reading, "THE ULTIMATE REAL LIFE FILTER Vegan and cruelty free Also available at @theofficialselfridges & @bootsuk."

Social media

As of September 2020, Molly has 8.3 million Instagram followers and regularly gets more than 400,000 likes each post (sometimes its over 1million likes), which helps when it comes to sponsored content. She still does paid ad partnerships with the likes of Aveeno, Bentley Motors and JD Sports, which she'll be receiving upwards of £20,000 per post for, according to MailOnline.

She also has almost 2million subscribers on YouTube, and will make money from ad revenue, as well as sponsored content across the channel.

Maebe

Maebe, Molly's very own fashion line, was set up in September 2023, and has over 800k followers on Instagram. The brand has had one collection launch so far, including a blazer, which was criticised due to the fabric that was used. In her documentary, Molly-Mae: Behind It All, Molly admitted the factory had messed up the order, and it would be a £500k mistake. It's unknown how much she's made from the fashion line so far.

Molly's assets

Molly lives in a £4million house in Cheshire, while she also drives a Mercedes G-Wagon which costs a cool £193,000. As her Instagram followers know, she owns a lot of luxury brands, including Max Mara coats, Chanel handbags and Van Cleef & Arpels jewellery, all of which is worth thousands of pounds an item.
