Last night Bella Hadid managed to shock pretty much all of us with a picture of her and pregnant sister Gigi Hadid both holding their stomachs. Bella joked about there being "two buns in the oven" - only hers was from food.

The model captioned the picture taken on the family's Pennsylvania farm, "June 11, 2020 …🖤 two buns in the oven except mine is from my burger and gigi’s is from @zayn ✨👼🏼✨."

Bella added, "I love you both so freaking much -can’tstopcrying."

"When I tell you I had heart palpitations before I read this caption again... lord," one of Bella's followers wrote, while a friend said, "OMG I was like yesss I get to babysit two babies but then read the caption and a burger baby doesn't count."

Underneath the picture, some fans also questioned whether the second part of the caption meant Gigi and Zayn had welcomed their baby ~who is due this month~ already. "Wait Does this mean that Gigi gave birth to the baby?" a third asked.

Bella's post comes just a few weeks after Gigi shared a series of stunning pregnancy photos as she told fans she's "cherishing this time" and she "appreciates all the love & well wishes".

Gigi confirmed her pregnancy in early May during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. After Fallon congratulated her on the news following days of speculation, she said: "We're very excited and happy and grateful for everyone's well wishes and support."
