It's fast becoming convention that inane celebrity photographs are transformed into absurd memes. Think of the Kim Kardashian lying down, John Legend as Arthur or Leonardo DiCaprio enjoying a delightful stroll- all innocuous images of celebrities going about their day, sprung upon by fans and repurposed.
Now, an image of Lady Gaga at a press conference is doing similar rounds. Gaga's current trip to the Venice Film Festival, where she's promoting the big-screen remake of A Star Is Born, has been getting lots of attention.
The singer was pictured alongside co-star and director Bradley Cooper, with slightly distracting name place tags.
Reading 'B. Cooper' and 'L. Gaga', many have pointed out that 'Lady' is far from a first name. Gaga's real name is, of course, Stefani Germanotta, and Lady is a title if anything.
