Danny Dyer has shared what he really thinks about his daughter Dani taking part in Love Island in the cutest Instagram post ever.

The Eastenders actor put his hard man demeanour to one side to show his support for Dani, who is currently loved up with Jack Fincham on the show.

Danny, 40, shared a picture of himself with his youngest daughter Sunnie and wrote, "Me and the Wife have come to accept the fact that we was put on the planet to reproduce Love Islanders.....bollocks...oh well...embrace it....good luck in 2028 Sunnie....❤️. #doubledoubleproud #Team Dani."

The big old softie even shed a tear for his 22-year-old daughter when she got upset over Jack's cheating past.

Danny's wife and Dani's mum Jo told The Mirror, "Danny wasn't happy at first when she was going into the show but at the moment he thinks Dani has done well with her behaviour.

"He got a bit choked up when she was sad about finding out Jack was a tw*t. That's his daughter and they have a very close bond."

Before heading into the villa, Dani opened up about the conversation she had with her dad about having sex on TV.

When asked if he'd given her his blessing, she told The Sun, "Yes. But I won’t. He said that because he wants to put me at ease.

"He is so laid back in everything I do. He said, ‘Whatever you want to do, go do it.’ And I’m like, ‘Ah thanks, dad.’

"I would never have sex on TV. I know everyone says they wouldn’t but I don’t think I would. But he said to me, ‘Listen, if that’s something you did’, and I stopped him there and said, ‘No I wouldn’t.’

"He doesn’t want me to ruin my time there, thinking, ‘Oh, my dad.’"
