The Kardashian-Jenner clan are known for always keeping in candid, and youngest sibling Kylie Jenner is no exception in her latest Instagram Stories. Taking to social media six weeks after giving birth to her second child, Wolf, Kylie discussed the difficulties and pressure to "be back" to how she was - both physically and mentally - before becoming a mother of two.
Kylie's IG Story initially showed a clip of her on a treadmill with the words '6 weeks postpartum' before she addresses the camera and says, "This experience for me personally has been a little harder than with my daughter [Stormi]."
"It's not easy mentally, physically, spiritually, it's just crazy," she continued on to say. "And yeah, I didn't just want to get back to life without saying that because I think we can look on the internet — for other moms going through it right now — we can go on the internet, and it might look a lot easier for other people, and put the pressure on us, but it hasn't been easy for me."
The beauty mogul also added that initially she wasn't sure she was going to make her workout that day "but I'm here, and I'm feeling better. So you got this!"
In a final few clips, Kylie really stressed the importance of opening up and normalising any struggles to adjust post-birth and said that the pressures, impressed both personally and by wide society, are something that can easily impact everyone – famous or not.
"It's OK not to be OK. Once I realised that I was putting some pressure on myself... And I just keep reminding myself I made a whole human, a beautiful healthy boy," Kylie shared. "We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be 'back'. Not even physically, just mentally, after birth. So yeah, just sending some love. I love you guys!"
Shout out to Kylie for keeping it 100.
