Revising for exams can be tough, and it's easy to get tunnel-vision when it comes to your approach. You say no social plans; you shun any non-work activities and you tie yourself to a desk in an attempt to cram as much learning into each day as possible.

But actually, you're far more likely to process the information and actually be able to concentrate if you allow yourself short-but-regular breaks, which is where these 7 minute workouts come in. You don't need any equipment, you can do them from your bedroom and you won't be too exhausted to get back into the revision when you're done.
