Home workouts just got a whole lot cuter thanks to IKEA's new fitness collection. Yes, you read that right. The furniture giant has answered our prayers by designing a home workout collection that's every bit as pretty as it is practical.

So, you won't have to shove your fitness mat and dumbbells behind the sofa anymore. Instead, you can leave your (pastel) beauties in pride of place in your home (should you wish).

However you choose to store your fitness gear (perhaps inside the bench that doubles as a storage box or coffee table) you'll be all set for smashing your 2024 fitness goals when the collection launches in January.

Coming to stores in early 2024, DAJLIEN (meaning 'daily') includes 19 different products perfect for your everyday home workouts.

It doesn't look like there are any treadmills or high-tech items (we can dream) but there are plenty of pieces you'll be used to using in the gym, including yoga straps, exercise mats, a step-up board and a set of ring-shaped dumbbells.

Oh, and there's the aforementioned DAJLIEN bench that's going straight on our wishlist. Picture school gym equipment x Gen Z styling, aka a super cute bench, complete with a non-slip mat that can be used for bodyweight exercises or storing your new kneepads and massage ball (also sold in the collection).

Other products include an air purifier, portable Bluetooth speaker, and wearable pieces (slippers and ponchos) which you can enjoy long after you've finished your workout and have sunk into the depths of your sofa.

And to be honest, we can't wait. Whether you're building your own home gym or looking to get fit, there are plenty of ways you can improve your health and fitness levels from the comfort of your home (remembering, there's no shame if the gym isn't for you or doesn't suit your schedule).

You don't need loads of space, either, and you can still get guidance from fitness pros if that's your thing. With a range of apps and programmes out there to try, there's something for everyone, every budget, and every home. Enjoy!

If you can't wait until January to shop the range, here our some of our faves from other great brands that you might like to consider...
