You don't have to be a pop culture expert to know that unicorns are having a moment. From makeup brushes to Frappuccinos, it seems like just about everything is getting the glittery rainbow creature treatment — and now, that list officially includes facial hair.
Taking the unicorn trend in a beautiful new direction, makeup artist Kristen Leanne recently decided to help her husband, Ryan Morgan, channel his inner mythical beast with a unicorn makeup tutorial of his own. Using a mix of mascaras in a rainbow of colours, the California-based makeup artist gave her husband's eyebrows and beard a glorious ombre — thus transforming him into what she has dubbed the "manicorn." (As Allure points out, it's unclear if unicorns have gender identities, so adding the prefix isn't really necessary — but the finished look is amazing either way.)
The whole process only takes a few minutes, and the results are as fun as they are magical. Plus, you don't have to bleach or dye your hair to achieve the look — so if you feel like rocking rainbow brows one day without the commitment and potential burns, you should definitely take a page from Kristen and her man(icorn)'s book.
