On the skin use a fresh lightweight foundation like MAC Mineralise Cream Compact Foundation and a rosy blush like MAC Powder Blush in Ambering Rose. Then thickly apply gel eyeliner like MAC Blacktrack Fluid Line above and below the eye to create the basis of a smoky eye.

Go in with a pencil liner like MAC Smoulder Eye Kohl Pencil on the top and bottom waterlines making sure there are no areas of skin visible so it looks really intense.
