I don't know about you, but if my freshly-styled hair ever gets wet, it's pretty much game over. Yup, my ends get frizzy whilst my roots seem to cling onto every speck of moisture, leaving them flat and greasy-looking. So, when I heard about Ouai's Dry Texture Foam (£24), I was hesitant - to say the least.
So what is it? Ouai says "This wheat protein-infused texturising foam creates instant undone texture and hold for a lived-in look that lasts all day. Perfect for use on dry hair, the unique foam formula is invisible, weightless, gritty and re-workable."
The foam formula dries down to a powder-like finish as you work it into dry hair, giving a soft but defined texture to the lengths.
Sounds weird, I know.
As with all crazy product claims, we put the texture foam's skills to the test in our Beauty Lab YouTube series. Which, if you're new to these parts, is where we review all sorts of wonderful (and not-so wonderful) beauty products.

Yep, every week four Cosmopolitan Editors will be testing out something new from the beauty world on camera, whether it's magnetic false eyelashes, Huda Beauty's latest eyeshadow palette, or this oh-so strange texture foam.
