What 20 celebs would look like with '90s brows

Spoiler: It's weird.

By Mariel Tyler,

Skinny eyebrows ruled the '90s, but for some reason pencil-thin brows have not enjoyed the same comeback as tracksuits, platform flip-flops, and boy bands from the same era. Until a Hadid or a Jenner decides to over pluck like it's 1996, full brows will probably continue to reign over runways and red carpets.

Snooze. We decided to put '90s brows to the test by giving Solange, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, and more the barely there brow treatment. Here, how 20 famously full brows look severely downsized.
