Harper Beckham has officially entered her ski era and, as if by divine alpine intervention, emerged as the glossy poster girl for winter's most covetable blonde.

In a heart-warming new Instagram post, proud dad David Beckham shared a carousel of 18 pictures and videos from his and daughter's snowy getaway, capturing the duo carving up the slopes and, crucially, serving looks.

"Creating memories with the kids either together or one on one has always been important to me so this week Me and Harper created a few more memories 🤍 Love you pretty lady 🤍 @harperbeckham," he wrote in the caption of the post. Very wholesome. Very chalet-core.

But while the mountains provided the backdrop, it was Harper's hair that truly delivered the altitude.

Debuting what hairstylist Jason Collier, of Jerome Russell, has coined "alpine blonde", Harper's new shade is a masterclass in winter glamour. "Alpine blonde is a crisp, icy blonde with cool undertones," Jason explains. "It's a bright, multi-dimensional shade giving hair a luminous, snowy finish." Think less sun-kissed surfer, more chic ski bunny in Val Thorens.

While there is a subtle warmth to Harper's locks, her highlighted face-framing strands lean into brighter, pearlier tones, keeping it modern and emphatically anti-brass. The multi-dimensional finish means it catches the light (and the snow glare) effortlessly, especially when worn sleek and straight like Harper's.

Jason also notes that achieving such a high-impact blonde "is rarely a one-step process," often requiring gradual lifting and a precise toner to neutralise warmth. In other words, patience and a very good purple shampoo are the backbone of the varicoloured shade.

Everyone's clicking on...

So yes, Harper may be fronting alpine blonde in all its après-ski glory, but behind the trend's pristine icy strands is quite the maintenance. That's to say: proceed with caution – both on the slopes and in the salon!
