Maura Higgins has always had a knack for turning heads, but her latest hair transformation may be her most talked about moment to date... That is, in the beauty sphere, anyway.
Just short of 24 hours ago, the Love Island star, who is known for her sultry brunette locks, shared a video reel on Instagram to announce the launch of her new festival collection with fashion brand OhPolly. And while I'm sure friends, fans and followers of Maura were all excited to shop the edit, what had our heads turned over on Cosmo Beauty was her dramatic new hair colour.
As shown below, the reality star-turned-presenter's fresh 'do features soft platinum tones and a subtle balayage effect; it's the perfect blend of colour for adding dimension and depth to the hair.
Could this be a nod to a fresh seasonal change? I mean, blonde for summer? We think so!
That all said, before you go and make like Maura with a transformative brunette-to-blonde bleach job, the idea of her look being a wig must be floated. Boo! After all, the butt-skimming lengths are an indication of extensions.
