As one does, Christina Aguilera just popped on Instagram more evidence that experimental hair is the way forward – natch. And by experimental hair, I'm referring to her newly coloured neon green locks debuted alongside a freshly cut micro-fringe, no less. It's, seemingly, just another caszh Thursday in Hollywood, friends.

Taking to her IG story, Xtina shared a picture from her time attending the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice: The Afterlife Experience in Los Angeles (an immersive theme park created in honour of the new Beetlejuice movie). In the snap, the pop icon is shown sporting a new blonde-to-green ombré hair colour, perfectly in theme with the movie.

Side note: Is anyone else getting 2012 dip-dye hair trend flashbacks? Bc I certainly am!

Not only has the 'Dirrty' singer undergone a dramatic hair colour transformation but a major cut, too, with itsy bitsy baby bangs skimming over her forehead. Way to make a bold statement, hey?

So, if the blondes among us have found their tones a little more on the green side thanks to a dip in a chlorinated pool, we recommend refraining from the Ketchup (IYKYK) and embracing the otherworldly look. I mean, if Xtina is rocking neon-green hair, why shouldn't we?

Though to note, this look may, in fact, be a wig, so proceed with caution and on your own head be it... literally. Happy hair colouring!
