In case you weren't already aware, Bella Hadid is an uptown girl and she's been living in her very own uptown world (Billy Joel reference, anyone?). But now, she's taking her signature model look that one step further after bleaching her natural brunette hair a new colour. Allow me to present what the professionals are calling: 'uptown blonde'. Yes, you read that right – Miss Bella, aka the model of the year, is now a blonde.
To debut and tease the look, Bells took to her Instagram Stories with a short video and the caption: "Feeling a little better & a little blonder". But – sorry not sorry – before we get to the reveal, to gauge the dramatics of the change, first, let's reminisce on her natural brunette shade. Here's a before:
And now, the after:
Side note: I did, in fact, video myself with this filter on just to be sure that the colour of her locks were real. And as guessed, it is!
Now, although Bella showed-off a Marilyn Monroe-inspired platinum 'do just the other day, we must admit that her latest colour is, arguably, more dramatic. 'And why is that?' you may ask. Well, folks, unlike her platinum look, this new hair colour is not a wig, I repeat, it is NOT a wig.
As we can see from the snaps above, Bella has opted for a warmer honey blonde tone as opposed to platinum and IDK about you but it's giving major Kim Kardashian vibes. After all, it is the trending colour atm.
Everyone's clicking on...
The new year is coming up, so, what better excuse to undergo a major hair transformation than now?! This is your sign...
