We've known this has been coming for a while but we haven't wanted to fully admit it to ourselves, however when Prada released their 2022 fashion week photo of Kendall Jenner, we knew time was up.
It's the '00s hairstyle that we never thought would return, but steadily it's been creeping its way back.
Khloe Kardashian wore a wet look version to The Met Ball, Anne Hathaway just rocked a bouncy blowdried one and now Kendall has taken the quiff back to its 2006 origins with Lauren Conrad.
Wearing her dark hair down with the front section pulled back (and gently pushed), Kendall just signified the return of the hairstyle that single handedly got us through our uni days.
Admittedly it's a little more polished. For a start the 'bump' isn't as high, or as messy and there's not visible clip holding the quiff in place. But there's no doubt about it, this is a Lauren Conrad style quiff and if this can come back from the '00s we just hope Gen Z learn from our mistakes and keep well away from the tweezers.
Quiffs we can cope with, skinny brows we cannot.
