In case you’re still cooling off from the fire that was last night’s Golden Globe awards, let me stoke the embers with another holy-hell beauty pic—but this time, from the Kardashian camp. Kris Jenner just got a fringe, and the internet is freaking out over how much she now looks like Kim Kardashian.
In a photo posted by hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons, who regularly works with the Kardashian/Jenner family, we see a very adorable Kris Jenner in a white long-sleeve top, a thick smoky eye, and, most importantly, a FRINGE.
“Something new,” Fitzsimons captioned the photo. “A little 60s vibe on the beauty @KrisJenner today.” At first glance, the bangs look real—ugh, if only—but if you’ve learned anything about the K/J family at this point, you know that they’re big on extensions and hair illusions.
And it looks like these bangs are actually pieces Fitzsimons pulled forward from Kris’s topknot to frame her face and forehead. Considering Kris has had a pixie cut just last week, it’s safe to say the entire style is the result of extensions, rather than a medical anomaly.
Regardless, fans are pointing out that Kris now looks exactly like Kim Kardashian—specifically Kim K circa 2008, as noted by Allure.
Crazy resemblance, right?! I would like to have this hairstyle right now, please. Just don’t get too attached, because you can pretty much guarantee Kris’s hair will look different in under 48 hours—it does, after all, run in the family.
