It's time! Our favourite season of the year is fast approaching, see ya Halloween, we're all about getting into the Christmas spirit, and thankfully Starbucks feels exactly the same as they've just launched their new festive menu for this year.
Available from today (30 October) for Starbucks Rewards members and next week for all customers features some truly unique twists on Christmas classics.
First up is a new addition we didn't see coming - the Toffee Nut Matcha Latte - and honestly it sounds so wrong and yet works so well. It's pure matcha green tea steamed together with milk, then combined with toffee nut flavour syrup. Finished with whipped cream toffee nut flavour sprinkles.
And that's not all matcha lovers, or matcha converts can try, there's also the new Gingerbread Matcha Latte which is made from pure matcha green tea that is steamed together with milk, then combined with gingerbread flavour syrup. It's finished with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon. If you've been hesitant about trying matcha combining it with a sweet and festive gingerbread syrup is a way to dip into the trend. Both drinks are also available in iced versions too.
If a matcha-filled Christmas isn't what you want to find under the tree then don't worry as Starbucks are also bringing out a new range of chocolate drinks too.
There's the new Chocolatey Mousse Latte which also comes available iced and is a blend of espresso and nutty flavour sauce, combined with steamed milk. It's finished with a chocolatey cream whipped topping and a light dusting of cocoa powder.

Returning to the menu this year are all our old favourites including the Toffee Nut Latte, Gingerbread Latte, and Eggnog Latte.
When it comes to the food menu it's also packed full of festive treats. New this year is a Festive Toastie which is filled with sliced chicken breast, a herby sage & onion stuffing, rich gravy, sweet maple-cured bacon, cranberry sauce and Cheddar cheese. Unreal!
Or if you prefer an untoasted sandwich on the go there's also the Festive Turkey Sandwich has sliced turkey breast, with herby sage and onion stuffing, tangy cranberry sauce, hickory-smoked bacon and rich turkey gravy in between two slices of cranberry bread.
And for sweet treats, we're very excited about the Chocolate Babka which is a hand-braided sweetened dough plaited with chocolate flavour filling and topped with a chocolate sauce. We also can't wait to try the new Festive Triple Chocolate Brownie which has chunks of milk, white and dark chocolate. It's then drizzled with more chocolate and sprinkled with chocolate stars.
The final treat we'll definitely be trying this Christmas is the new Black Forest Slice which is a cocoa sponge sandwiched with morello cherry jam and white chocolate cream frosting, all dusted with powdered sugar.
The Chocolatey Mousse Latte, Eggnog Latte, Gingerbread Latte and Toffee Nut Latte (and their iced counterparts) will be available in Starbucks stores and on the Starbucks app from today for Starbucks rewards members and the full menu will be available from 6 November for all customers.
