2025 has truly been the year of the M&S biscuit. From their cookie cheesecake cups, to the chunky loaded cookies, to an update on the classic Bourbon, we've been snacking away on the delicious biscuits since January, and now we may have just found our favourite biscuit of theirs from the whole year. Introducing - the pistachio crème dippers.

Launched today (17 September) the new biscuit dippers are a package of crumbly shortbread biscuits with an accompanying pistachio crème to dip and dunk the biscuits in.

Given our love of the supermarket's biscuit offerings we raced down to our local store at lunch time to try them for ourselves. So what did we think?

Despite being biscuits, which are usually kept in the dry section of the supermarket, the dippers are kept in the refrigerated section along with all the other fresh on-the-go snacks.

As they're stored in the cold section, we'd recommend waiting at least half an hour before tucking in, so the creme is easy to dunk the biscuits in.

Now onto the actual flavour, the pistachio creme is the same as is served in their jar of pistachio crème and after tasting it with the biscuits we're going to need a whole jar. The crème is full of rich natural pistachio flavour and the biscuits are classic delicious shortbread, rich and buttery.

Everyone's clicking on...

The biscuits hold their shape well when dunked with no breakages. The combination of the two is a very sweet snack, with the shortbread flavour coming through first and then the pistachio.

They're £2.65 for the pack and come with a good number of biscuits, although they do definitely appear bigger in the picture on M&S' Instagram versus in real life.

However, all in all they felt like good value for money and would definitely go down a treat with a cup of tea at 3pm.
