第一招:進階橋式

Pole dance, Dance, Leg, Joint, Hardwood, Arm, Shoulder, Stretching, Floor, Human body,

預備動作:在家中找個椅凳或穩固的高台,將雙腳放在上方,身體平躺於地面,雙手置於身體兩側。

臀部出力提起,連帶身體往上抬,頭和肩膀不離地,記得屁股要夾緊,肚子收緊。

接著臀部往下,這時肚子必須撐住,不能緊貼地板。這個動作來回15~20下,重複3~5組。

第二招:搭配彈力球

預備動作:雙腳與肩同寬,一隻腳放在彈力球上方。

後腿往後延伸,前腳微微屈膝,肚子收緊。

接著後腿往前收,肚子持續出力,此為一個完整動作,單腳一次做15~20下。
