準備動作:雙腳打開與肩同寬

單腳提起與地板平行,雙手放在胸前保持平衡。

STEP 2

Arm, Shoulder, Standing, Sitting, Strength training, Joint, Knee, Muscle, Leg, Exercise equipment,

往下蹲後腳往後延伸,膝蓋不要碰到地點,起來時吐氣、往下蹲時吸氣,來回此動作12~15下,重複3 組,做完後會另一支腳,在做的同時可感受臀部肌肉是否有用力,有用力代表有運動到對的肌肉。

準備動作:平躺於地板上,雙腳打開與肩同寬,雙手自然放在身體兩旁。

將膝蓋屈起,雙手一樣放於地板上保持平衡。

屁股夾緊往上,來回此動作12~15下,重複3 組。

將一腳抬起,雙手一樣放於地板上保持平衡,此動作是訓練在地上的那支腳的臀部。
