Season 3, Episode 1: “Last Season”

Belly, Taylor, and the boys have officially made it to Finch College! Taylor and Belly’s brother, Steven, have broken up but are still going the friends with benefits route while Belly and Jeremiah are fully in love, three years in.

Jere finds out he’s missing a few credits, which delays his graduation and upsets his dad, who has to spend another $20,000 in tuition. Meanwhile, Conrad is crushing it as he’s accepted into Stanford’s prestigious medical program with his new friend, Agnes. He reflects on his romance with Belly, while she’s on the fence about spending another semester at Finch with Jere or studying abroad in Paris. At the end of the episode, she finds out that Jeremiah cheated on her with one of Taylor’s sorority sisters, Lacie.

Season 3, Episode 2: “Last Christmas”

Belly is down bad after learning that Jeremiah cheated on her with Lacie in Cabo. Like, so down bad that she won’t even talk to her best friend, Taylor, who happens to be Lacie’s sorority sister. (There are also some holiday-themed flashbacks between Belly and Conrad, hence the episode’s title and Christmas music thrown in here.)

As Belly changes her mind about studying abroad in Paris, Taylor gets into an argument with Steven that leads to him getting in a nearly fatal car crash. Jeremiah shows up for Belly before her parents can make it from their conference, and Conrad helps from his clinical residency at Stanford. While Conrad loses the opportunity because of a mistake in the lab, Jeremiah and Belly patch things up as he proposes to her outside the hospital.

Season 3, Episode 3: “Last Supper”

Let’s just say news of Belly and Jere’s engagement doesn’t go over well. As the couple relishes in pure bliss, they decide to keep it a secret until they’re able to tell their families at the same time after Susannah’s dedication in Cousins. When Belly breaks the news to Taylor, she’s reluctant at first but eventually accepts an offer to be her maid of honor during a later conversation. Belly ends up prematurely sharing her and Jere’s engagement news at dinner with their families when his dad jokes that he’s a “super senior” in college. Not only is his dad shocked at their big relationship move, but so is Belly’s mom, Laurel. Naturally, Conrad seems to have mixed feelings on the whole ordeal, as he’s seemingly confused, heartbroken, and regretful.

Season 3, Episode 4: “Last Stand”

After Belly and Jere’s engagement news doesn’t sit well with their families, they’re still hell-bent on making their wedding happen. Belly has picked up a few shifts at a local restaurant in Philly while she stays at home with her mom before going to Paris, and Jeremiah takes an internship at his dad’s company to fund their nuptials. Belly spends her birthday at work and ends up shopping for a wedding dress with Taylor and her mom, since Laurel disagrees with her getting married so young.

Belly and Jere eventually try to convince her to be part of the wedding, which results in a massive fight between Belly and Laurel. Belly then decides to stay in the Cousins house with Jere, where they discover Conrad has been since he was fired from his medical residency at Stanford.

Season 3, Episode 5: “Last Dance”

This episode was for Team Conrad, and we can confirm they were probably definitely well fed. It’s Fourth of July weekend, which means Belly and Jere’s wedding is getting closer and closer. She has plans to run errands for their nuptials in Cousins, but Jeremiah is stuck at work dealing with an outstanding project in an attempt to get on his dad/boss’s good side. Steven and Taylor bail, too, for other reasons. On the flip side, she’s stuck at the Cousins house with Conrad, who’s still very much in love with her. Throughout the episode, he attempts to keep his distance from her but ends up helping her with wedding errands.

Season 3, Episode 6: “Last Name”

The cracks in Belly and Jeremiah’s plans are starting to show as Belly focuses on planning a wedding she doesn’t really want (the club? 100 guests she doesn’t even know?) and Jeremiah struggles to balance finding himself and his fiancée a place to live with impressing his dad. Meanwhile, Conrad manages to convince Laurel to be there for Belly, and Steven grows closer to Denise and brushes Taylor off at Belly’s bridal shower. Oh, and the episode ends with Belly and Conrad sharing an intimate moment at the Cousins house. Tensions are building, and something tells me everything’s about to explode.

Season 3, Episode 7: “Last Hurrah”

The time has come for Belly and Jere’s bachelor/bachelorette in Cousins, which means everyone’s going to be in the same place at the same time. Taylor, Anika, Denise, Steven, Redbird, and Conrad join the festivities. The bridal party learns choreography for the big day, and Jere agrees to meet with Belly for a last hurrah before their wedding day. At the end, the bride and groom have gone over their party limits, with Jere throwing up and missing his date with Belly, who waited for him on the beach after a crash-out about Conrad. And who else but Conrad to be on the beach at that very moment, where he confesses his love for Belly, where it all started.

Season 3, Episode 8: “Last Kiss”

Buckle up, because so much went down in the hours leading up to Belly and Jeremiah’s wedding. After an awkward and intimate rehearsal dinner, Belly decides to tell Jere about Conrad’s confession of love. Of course, he doesn’t take it well and disappears on the day of their wedding. Conrad eventually finds Jere at Susannah’s memorial garden and attempts to get him back to the country club in time. After taking a punch, he hands Jeremiah a letter Susannah wrote for his wedding day...only for Jere to find Conrad’s mistakenly placed in the envelope. He tells Conrad that he’s dead to him and that he never wants to see him again. Eventually, Jeremiah ends up talking with Belly and they decide to call off the wedding. In the end, she finally goes to Paris...only to see Conrad sitting at the gate beside hers before boarding her flight.

Belly and Jeremiah officially called off their wedding at the Cousins country club. While Jere is crashing out at the Inn—with Steven, Taylor, and Laurel trying to pick him back up—Belly is on her way to study abroad in Paris. Of course, she sees Conrad at the airport but boards her flight without speaking to him. Separately, Steven and Taylor confront Connie and tell him to give Belly her space for the time being. We then see Belly on her adventures in Paris, when the school declines her attendance because of a screw-up made by an admissions staff member. She chases down her stolen backpack throughout the city and explores a new version of herself with new French friends in tow.

Jeremiah is back in the States, licking his wounds post-wedding and crashing with Steven while trying to figure out his next move. Conrad, of course, can’t get Belly out of his head—between love-soaked letters, a care package, and eventually a one-way ticket to Paris after she drops him her address. Jere and Conrad slowly start making amends after visiting Susannah’s grave, while Belly is left wondering if her future lies in Cousins or if she’s better off staying abroad.
