- Fans were convinced the A12 in the background of Taylor's video (below!) was a hint about TLOAS dropping on August 12.
- The first four episodes of Tay's docuseries, The End of an Era, are now streaming on Disney+.
Kay, remember back on October 18, 2024, when Taylor Swift posted the below Instagram wandering around her Miami Eras Tour stadium with her cat?
The moment ended up being an enormous Easter Egg thanks to that A12 sign in the background, since Taylor announced TS12, aka The Life of a Showgirl, at exactly 12:12 on August 12.
Tay took us behind-the-scenes of the moment in her docuseries, The End of an Era, when she arrived at the stadium and said "Can I do a video out in the stadium with my cat? We'll find a place out in the stadium but it'll be me walking in with my cat, just like take my sunglasses off. So it would be behind me and then once I stop, start going around me like this. It's basically like we're back in the office, you know? And I've got my most well behaved cat for it."
Okay, so Taylor never actually confirmed this video was an intentional Easter egg, but in this screenshot you can see that A13 was also an option at the stadium and wasn't used. So...gonna go ahead and continue to clown / believe this was on purpose until someone tells me otherwise!
BTW, Taylor opened up about her love of Easter eggs years ago to Entertainment Weekly, saying "I think the best messages are cryptic ones. Easter eggs can be left on clothing or jewelry. This is one of my favorite ways to do this because you wear something that foreshadows something else, and people don't usually find out this one immediately, but they know you're probably sending a message. They'll figure it out in time. Lots of examples of this exist through the history of my career."
