Yes, we're already talking about fall! And if you're over the sweat-inducing temperatures of summer, you probably can't wait for the time of year when there's a chill in the air and you can layer up with your cozy knitwear. But you might be stumped on what to wear to the office or feel like you're just in a styling rut when it comes to work clothes. Here, I rounded up a bunch of fall work outfits that can help spark some inspiration. Everyone's employment situation is different though, so there's a wide variety of looks depending on whether your job is more corporate or, well, not so much. There are also people who still WFH (lucky for you!) or even WFLCS (work from local coffee shop, duh) who probably don't want to be wearing trousers and blazers. I get it! (And on that note, there are some cute knit pants in the mix that I think you're gonna love.)

I, for one, cannot wait to take my fall clothing and boots out of storage, but there are definitely new pieces I want to add into my rotation. Though you should dress to feel comfortable and fit the office environment you work in, strutting to your desk with a fire 'fit that makes your coworkers do a double take always feels pretty dang good.

The open sleeves on this elevated shirt dress almost gives it a cape-like effect. You'll look so stylish as you head into the office wearing this dress, black chunky loafers, and accessorizing with your morning coffee that made you 10 minutes late. Whoops!
