Sofia Richie Grainge launched her Amazon Essentials line last December and it was filled with adorable kidswear items that sold out fast. The minimalistic colors and styles were so affordable and popular that I only wished the entire collection was available in adult sizes. Well, she just dropped an entirely new kidswear collection for spring and summer that's geared towards making your babies and toddlers look insanely cute while soaking up the sun. If you've got any baby showers coming up, grab these while you can because I'm guessing they won't be available for long.
This new summer drop includes everything from billowy rompers and parachute pants to animal-print raincoats and Mary Jane shoes. (I'm sorry but there's nothing cuter than these!)
There are a few Mommy & Me looks as well, so you can twin with your kiddo... or, you know, just get them for yourself. It's not like Amazon is checking to see if you've got a kid before purchasing. I got a pair of the pajamas from the last drop and they are so soft and comfy that it's almost unbelievable they are under $40. This new drop features a short-sleeved pair with a strawberry print that I'm planning on snagging for myself ASAP, even though my kid has far outgrown the matching stage.
Lauren Smith McDonough, Commerce Director and mom of two little girls says: "The quality of the items from this line have made it my go-to when buying new clothes for my 8-month-old. I'm obsessed with the bodysuits, pants, cardigans, and coats."
She also swears by the softness and quality of the fabrics used, which is so critical when it comes to sensitive baby skin. "The material of the bodysuits is super soft and the colors and prints are fun for spring and summer," McDonough notes. "But the lapped shoulder neckline is my favorite feature, because it makes the onesie easier to pull over my daughter's head without tugging." We all need stuff that makes getting wiggly babies dressed easier, and as a mom herself, Grainge clearly gets it.
Much like the first collection, these kid clothes have that quiet luxury look, so your little one will easily be the most stylish on the playground in subtle prints and neutral colors. I love the swimwear options as too, if they've outgrown their bathing suits from last year. All at a price you can afford?! It'll make it a liiiittle easier if they ruin the onesie or grow out of the cute shoes too quickly.
