There are two types of people on Halloween: The planners who gather every necessary piece of their costumes months in advance, and the procrastinators who are panic-ordering god-knows-what on Amazon Prime on October 28th. Unfortunately, I happen to fall in the latter camp, consistently forgetting to figure out my costume until the absolute last minute and wearing whatever the heck I can find in my closet. Even the years I vow to be a ~different person~ who ~actually plans in advance~, it never happens, and I'm left being the same animal-ears, witch-hat, sheet-over-head situation that I was last year. But I should know better—I'm a beauty editor, for crying out loud—because there are multiple Halloween costumes you can do with just makeup alone.
You're probably used to elaborate Halloween makeup that has to intricately match whatever costume you're wearing. And sure, that exists too. But there are also super easy options you can do with a little bit of eyeliner and lipstick (aka things you definitely own in some capacity). Makeup artist Rommy Najor showed us three looks you can do using just a little makeup and a steady hand. Halloween costume? Sorted. Phew!
