Ever since the shocking season 2 finale of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, fans have been wondering what exactly happened between Jessi Draper Ngatikaura and Marciano Brunette after they met on Vanderpump Villa—but in season 3, we finally get some answers. According to Jessi, she and Marciano never slept together (as he had previously claimed), but she did admit to an emotional affair with Marciano that led to some kissing. She also said it happened while she was separated from her husband, Jordan Ngatikaura.

Some background: Several members of the SLOMW cast made an appearance on season 2 of Vanderpump Villa, and there was speculation that Jessi and Marciano formed a connection...and were even spotted making out in West Hollywood. Jessi denied this on the show, saying, “If I was dumb enough to do that, I wouldn’t do it in public.” However, Marciano then alleged to Layla Taylor that he and Jessi had slept together and had an ongoing affair.

Following the season 2 finale, Jessi hopped on Instagram to share a quick video response, captioning it, “I'll speak when I can” and “that ending though”...but she didn’t exactly clarify whether Marciano’s affair claims were true.

A month later, she opened up to Us Weekly about where she and Jordan stood following Marciano’s accusations, saying, “We’re back working on things. Every day is different. Marriage is hard. We still have ups and down—and you will see a lot of that unfold in season 3.”

During season 3 of Mormon Wives, Jessi and Jordan undergo a 90-day separation period, and by the finale, they decide (spoiler!) to get back together, despite Jessi’s claims about Jordan’s “emotional abuse.” And if you’re wondering whether Jessi and Jordan are still together today—six months after filming on season 3 wrapped—the answer appears to be yes based on all the pics and videos they’ve been posting on social media.

Unfortunately, it does seem like Jessi and Demi Engemann’s friendship is done for good following the Marciano love triangle, but that shouldn’t be a big surprise to anyone.
