Olivia Attwood has responded to news that her ex-boyfriend Chris Hughes is dating Jojo Siwa, after the pair met in the Celebrity Big Brother house—and it's a little bit shady.
Chris, 32 and Olivia, 34, dated in 2017 after meeting in the Love Island villa, making it all the way to the final and having their own spin-off show on ITV2. But the romance was short lived, and they broke up in 2018.
Since then, Olivia has been with footballer Bradley Dack, who she got engaged to in 2019 and married in 2023 - but that didn't stop her sharing a comment about her ex-boyfriend's new relationship.
After Jojo and Chris Hughes shared a number of loved up pics from a recent holiday, TikTok user @cimallow posted a video with the caption "Going from Olivia Attwood to Jojo Siwa is such a wild move I can't." In it, she says, "I love them both [but] this kind of confirms to be that nothing is real and life is a simulation", in reaction to the news.
As well as garnering 180k views, the video also caught the attention of Olivia herself, who commented: "She's really famous."
Some people are taking this as shade towards Jojo, with Olivia saying Chris is only dating her because she is high profile. But others are interpreting it simply as the 34-year-old stating a fact. Meanwhile the original TikToker @cimallow made a follow-up video clarifying that she's a fan of both Olivia and JoJo and wasn't trying to start drama with her video.
ICYMI, Jojo, 22, and Chris confirmed their relationship today [22nd May] when they were spotted sharing a kiss while lounging on a lilo at an adults-only hotel in Mexico.
An onlooker told The Sun the pair were “very loved-up and as they snogged in full view of other holidaymakers. They spent their time at the hotel holding hands and looked like a giddy couple in the early throes of love. It was nice to see.
“They were very hands on, not entirely different to how they were on TV just a bit more intimate.”
Well, let's hope all three of them are happy with their respective choices!
