Not just pretty, glittering decorations, gemstones have major healing powers that can enhance our well-being while promoting a sense of calm and serenity.
You can use crystals in a myriad of ways: You can arrange them in grid formations on your altar, space them out throughout your home, or even lay them on various points of your body during meditation. I enhance my mindfulness practice with crystals and rituals to help me focus and provide structure when everything feels beyond control.
If you’d like to begin working with crystals, the best way to choose one is to let your eyes scan a selection of stones and see what jumps out at you. Your intuition knows exactly what you need! In case you can’t get yourself to a crystal shop in person, read over this list and notice which energies enrapture you the most. (Important note: Do a little research before purchasing, as it is incredibly important to know where your crystals come from and how they were sourced.
