Ginger ale is the It Girl of sodas, and you can’t convince me otherwise. It’s slightly spicy, super bubbly, and 100-percent delicious. It’s also very underrated as a mixer for drinks, because it’s so flavorful—just crack a can, pair it with the perfect liquor (honestly, it goes with damn-near everything), and BAM! You’ve got a refreshing, fizzy cocktail (or mocktail!) in seconds.

If you're ready to hop aboard the ginger-infused bandwagon and enjoy a boozy beverage or two, welcome. You're in the right place, because I put together this list of 16 yummy cocktails and mocktails you can make using a good ol' can (or two-liter bottle, whatever you've got on hand) of ginger ale. Whether you appreciate a light and citrusy spritz or prefer a glass of something sweet and smoky, there's something for your taste buds here, I promise.

Grab that barware set you never use (there's no time like the present!) and scroll down for your new favorite sip.
